We have had Mad City do our bathrooms, windows in our sunroom/ office and our kitchen cabinets refaced and counter top replaced. Best decision we made. Of all the sells people who we interviewed theirs were the best.

Excellent experience all around from first Contact to Installation

The salesperson demonstrated the quality of the window which was impressive. After replacing the window twice over the years we appreciated the lifetime warranty. The install was a challenge but the men pulled it off easily. We are likely to share our positive experience with others.

Larry was very thorough and did an excellent job. He even made it there in the middle of a big snowstorm.

Insufficient caulk and then extra caulk which was sloppy and not smoothed out. Window installed crooked.

Brackets for blinds taken off and not put back up.

We are very satisfied with our new shower. The one day installation went smoothly. The installation team was great, very professional and polite.

The state was going to pay for this but because the agent couldn't contact anyone in time we aren't able to have it paid for. Should contact people when they call or answer.

Our experience was a positive one. While I was a little put off by ricing the workmanship and knowledge of the installation team made me realize perhaps what goes into some of the cost. Our finished product is beyond beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and product.

Way to expensive.

It has been 62 days since my order was done. My order was not what i ordered so i was due a reimbursement. I have texted and called still no refund!

The installation was completed quickly, Josh and Cyle were here at the scheduled time, polite, curtious, answering .y questions and providing exlpanation. It appears to fit tightly and sealed well. They were respectful of my home. The door was not expected for 10-12 wks but came .uch sooner which pleased me greatly with winter coming on. When I call, I can talk to a person. My only concern for having Mad City in the future is the high cost. I have to take out loan.

Very pleased with the service

The install wasn’t what we asked for. We reduced the size of the shower so we could have shelving on the far side. They came across an electrical junction box and instead of moving it they added a 2x4 spacer reducing the shelving to almost unusable. I wasn’t home at the time. I was at the bank getting a $22,000 check to pay for it and my wife wasn’t aware that it made the shelving nearly useless. According to the salesma the reason the shower is so expensive is they don’t know what they will come across. I think they should have moved the junction box and given us what we wanted.

Quality of product and installer

The people were friendly and fast, and the work was excellent. The price was a little high, but I hope that the quality makes up for it.

Very expensive for the outcome.

I've had nearly all my windows replaced by Mad City...all other windows and installation were great. This time the install was not done well.
