The mechanic that was here did a very good job, but he loosened up some nails on the wall to get the tub out of the way, and now I have to fix them. I would like to know what Mad City is going to do about it.
Reported quality concerns. No response
Entire process from measuring to installation was painless. Great customer service and overall a very pleasant experience.
Yes we would recommend Mad City Window's & Bath to friends and family 100 percent.
Friendly and efficient workers
beautiful cabinets. excellent installers who were very knowledgeable, cleaned up after their work, and were very pleasant. plus the time between ordering and installation was much less than expected
You could tell people that they will have a hard time finding a shower curtin long enough to keep the water in the shower.
nothing comes to mind
From the start there were a few red flags I should have picked up on. The salesman, Ryan, would not accept that he was the our first estimate. When I asked if we could call him in a week or so after a few more estimates he began dropping the price. He offered a credit if I would have a sign advertising in front of my house after install(which was never put up or brought up again). Then the price written on the contract I signed was not the final price he quoted. I was going back and forth with canceling and 2 days later he emailed and texted to say he had given me the wrong price and needed to send me a new contract in need of signatures. I should have cancelled at that point, but I was hopeful that these windows and this company would be a positive experience. The measurement gentleman came out and had to do everything a few times and didn't understand the way that Ryan had written everything down and what the windows were supposed to be. But it was straightened out quickly. The windows came in in approximately 8 weeks which is what I was told. So an appointment was made for the first Thursday in February. I had my parents come to my house for the morning so that there would be someone home and I took the afternoon off in order to be there for the remainder of the install. That Thursday morning they were to arrive between 8-10am. I missed the original call at 9:41. The voicemail was just music. So I called the number back at 9:45 am an was informed that they were unable to come that day and could we reschedule for Friday the next day. I said that is difficult since I had already made arrangements. The tech said he did not feel it was appropriate to call me on the Wednesday prior to installation and cancel. Later that Thursday (no work has been done). I received an email and text stating "thank you for choosing us and please let us know if we can do anything. We hope you love your new windows". I called the number which I'm assuming was the home company in Wisconsin. The gentleman I spoke with apologized and rescheduled my install for this past Tuesday the 19th. Again it was an 8-10 arrival window. I got a call at 9:30am saying they wouldn't be there until 10:20 or so and they were sorry. They arrived at 10:20 & in talking with Wyatt my tech said that they should be done around 4. They left at 7:30pm, and had to have a crew of 3 more guys come at 5:30 to help them finish.
Have not yet responded to my complaint about shower door.
The installation took 5 days to complete (started Thursday, ended Monday) They did not seem to be efficient (the helper did not assist much at all) the installer forgot several items and made multiple trips somewhere for long periods. The communication was poor. The front door was left open about 25-30times in total when it was feeding cold. I said something twice, and still.. At the end of installation, the toilet paper roll holder was just gone 🤷♀️ (we can’t find a replacement for what we have)! There was so much sticky putty stuff left behind on vanity, toilet, walls, floor. Having the installer standing there while you fill out a form on feedback and give direct feedback on the phone to his supervisor was very uncomfortable for me, so I lied. Not a good experience. I
The job is not finished, the bottoms of the cabinets haven't been done, along with the side of the cabinet next to the stove.
Company was diligent in making sure the project was completed perfectly. The actual material used for the install of the shower and window are superior.
Wendy has cancer this shower 🚿 is fantastic for her to get it and out
Excellence quality materials. Excellent crew.
The outcome of my walk in shower looks way better than I expected. Phillip did an awesome job all from the installation to the clean up. I am a satisfied customer and would definitely recommend madcity to everyone!
Very positive - that’s how I would describe my experience having a walk-in shower installed by Mad City Windows & Bath - Rochester. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and accommodating, and the quality of their work was excellent. Overall, I am very pleased that I selected Mad City for this project.
Yes, especially with the people who put the product in for they did a very nice job and we’re very pleasant and we enjoyed them very much
The quality of the product is excellent. The installers were also " top notch "!
Work is of poor quality material used is not that expensive
Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who might need their products. Not too happy wit the financing company though
Everyone from the sales person to the installers were completely professional and courteous.
From the time my husband clicked on a link sent to him to filling out the information, there was an immediate phone call to schedule the initial appointment. Everyone in the entire process from sales, measurement appointment, to the sooner than expected installation, the entire personnel involved were totally well experienced, knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant and professional.
Ryan, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and the installers were very detail oriented.
I was very pleased with the product and installation.
No new windows are inexpensive. Some are cheaply made, but they’re all expensive.
I’m glad that I chose an established company with a good track record. Quality and competence are most important.
Right from the beginning with the salesman explaining and showing me samples to the measurements to the installation, everyone was friendly and professional. I would recommend Mad City. I actually have already been telling people about this company.
It was fine.
Professional and courteous. The lead installer Kenneth Kalson communicated what was happening during the entire process.
The new shower is beautiful, we just had a couple hiccups, but we're addressed in a timely manner.
Everything was done within 2 days which was very nice & cleaned up very well
Excellent product
The management team was very professional when we had an issue and they are working on correcting it.
quicker upfront pricing- also like a used car sales.
I think the sales process can be shorter. A lot of unnecessary question and answer. You can sell the product without being cute about it.
The Prompt responses to any questions and concerns. From the initial sales to the precise measuring people everyone was courteous and professional. And to top it off I think we got the best installers ever ! They were on time and extremely hard working making sure that everything they did was to our satisfaction. And the cleanup was very impressive.
Overall pleased with the results so far.
Worked every minute that they were here and cleaned up so you never knew they were here.
Our window came damaged, which means it wasn't inspected and the scheduling callers were extremely rude and demanding when we were originally scheduled for a November install. The installers were PHENOMENAL.
Price and installation crew
Was in time and very professional.
My project supervisor Wyatt and installers Josh and Andrew were very professional. They treated me and my house with the upmost respect. The sales representative and tech that came out to were wonderful.
knowledge & professionalism of everyone I came in contact with
All representatives were very professional and friendly and easy to do buisness with
From from start to finish , the whole install was very , very good. I don't think it could be any better.
Professional and efficient. Fair price.
Overall, very pleased so far on the first project which was the front window.
Did a really good job. I just don't usually recommend things.
Everything went well with the sales person, the measurement and ordering process all went smoothly. The install went very well. A little hiccup with the install date. But, overall, we are pleased with the entire process.
Installed in a timely manner.
