They arrived on time and did an excellent job installing this windows. They cleaned as they went. The installers were very friendly. We are extremely happy with our new windows.

I would have to check around to find out if it would have been smarter to get some other prices on bathroom remodels. Might feel different after loan paid off. I do like the finished product.

I would have liked to have been able to discuss the purchase with my husband and also got the chance to possibly look at other companies to see if I was getting the best bang for my buck.

The windows are fine. When meeting with Brett (sales) I asked if Mad City would submit/complete a building permit for the windows and he said yes. I have checked the website and do not see that a permit was issued for this. Note: We had windows replaced in prior home. I was also under the impression that the installers were employees/staff employeed by Mad City. The van that William and his assistant arrived in was not a company van and I believe he was a subcontractor, not an employee. While I am pleased with his work, it was dark out when he finished. I felt like he was rushing since his employee was not trained and this was a lot of work for him to complete in two days. Rushing can cause errors. The person that assisted on day two was a new person and he didn't do the best job cleaning the windows and the white trim. I am still trying to get the black fingerprint smudges off of the white trim and don't know what cleaning products are safe to use on the trim (not the window).

We just don’t have anyone in our circle that would be able to afford it. The work and staff is fine and well done. Anyone else we know would have had it done locally.

I contacted installer about the shower bar was 10 inches to tall, he said he would call back and never did. To move it down would leave holes in the sidewalls. Even if they were caulked over it's like buying a new truck with a messed up roof that no one wants to fix properly.

Mad City associates were very friendly and personable. The windows look good installed. However, we feel that the product was misrepresented by the sales person, and that info influenced our purchase without even getting another bid.

The sales pitch was extremely long. The guy that came out to measure was efficient. A couple days later I got a call that they had to come out for another appointment but the scheduler didn't know why. After several calls back and forth from the sales guy, we got the change signatures done over the phone. I asked to speak with a manager and no one called.

From start to finish, everything went very smoothly. Ivan did a great job on our newly installed walk-in shower.

Every person I dealt with was competent, professional, personable, and pleasant! I felt that I was getting good information, that I could ask whatever I wanted to ask, and felt heard and respected. Those who came to my house were friendly, courteous, cognizant of being careful in my home, and did their jobs well. I actually enjoyed having them in my home. Everything went exactly as they told me it would, which can be the exception rather than the rule! :)

Dan and Harry arrived as scheduled. They put up a barrier to prevent dust going to other areas of the house and Dan cleaned up every night before they left, which I appreciated. He communicated with me every day about how things were going and any issues. He went the extra mile and made 2 drawers for one cabinet that wer supposed to be drawers, but shelves were sent. I am really happy about that!! The 2 rollouts under the cooktop were too long and would not have able to pull them out due to the cabinet doors, so Dan had to shorten them, they work great. The kitchen looks awesome. Nice job!! Thank you!

Won’t recommend at all due to be told that my tub install will be the same depth in side of my old one and it was not and field manger came out is rude and disrespectful and asked for someone else to call me never got a call back after telling the field manger he is rude and disrespectful.

The friendliness and knowledge of the salesman. He explained that the acrylic surfaces of the shower and wall system are infused with Microban to assure you that all Luxury Bath products will remain mold and mildew resistant. He showed us pictures of the different shower plans and also the different styles and colors available.

My uncle used mad city in Wisconsin 10 years ago. I loved the work then and I was not disappointed now.
