There is smeared and dried adhesive on my wood cabinets that was not visible to me until I sat on a stool in the kitchen that put my view low enough to see it. Also, I had to buy paint to touch up my wall where they scuffed it when installing the countertop.

For completeness of work, and satisfaction of completed project I would rate your company Mad City a 10+. The only reason I gave a rating of 5 for your company is because of the cost. Your representative that sold us the product gave a price that exceeded our expectations, but then provided a reduced price if we accepted your company at the time of the presentation. I think that the reduced price could have been provided at the time of the presentation. That would have given the customer a reasonable amount of time to obtain additional quotes for the project. Therefore the 5 rating to recommend Mad City to others would be only if the customer could be given an opportunity to obtain additional quotes for a project. Without knowing what other companies may provide at a competitive price I find it unfair to rate your company to others as a higher rating of 5 unless they obtain other quotes for the job.

Everyone with MadCity was very professional, friendly, and helpful. They were prompt and courteous. The installer arrived at 8am and was finished at 3:30. He and his assistant were meticulous in their work. Thank you MadCity of KC!

From the start I like everything about what they did from the salesperson to the minute showed up to do the work I've never seen anybody work as hard as that and they were exceedingly friendly and answered any questions I had they cleaned up after themselves they were terrific

They have been to my house 3 times to put in the shower, once to put it in a second to recaulk the shower that would of hid bad workmanship, a 3rd time to take down and put up the top sections of the end panels, now they need to replace the bottom panels, this is why I would not score them high.

The installers were very friendly and worked constantly. Took care to lay down tarps on the path to the bathroom to protect my floors. Cleaned up after themselves and took away all the trash.

Looks nothing like what I was told it would be, one solid sheet not tiles, was told multiple things as in side sprayers and built in shelves would stay neither is still there the seals are coming off holes in and around area and haven’t even used because just baffled how it turned out!!! as well as last thing I told manager was I would of been happier using temu supplies to fix shower and no follow up it’s been multiple weeks as well as price is not what I was told and I have no clue who to even make payments to, worst company I’ve ever interacted with

Nothing is ever perfect so, I rarely rate 10’s. The workers were very skilled and any issues or concerns we had were rectified. There really was minimal disruption, even though we didn’t get in and use the kitchen during the project, we could have, at the end of the day things were very much cleaned up.

We couldn’t be happier with our new windows! The sunroom looks gorgeous! Amazing how warm it is in here. This morning it was 20 degrees outside but 67 in the sunroom. Our thermostat is set at 69! I’m thrilled!

Mad City did an absolutely perfect job from introduction of company to completion of my project. They are professional, delightful and at this point have my greatest respect. If I were to have any problems …which I don’t anticipate…I feel they would honor their commitment to remedy. I am most happy with my decision.

Remodels as a whole are just expensive anymore. The turnaround time (done in a day) is nice but also means the work can be a bit rushed or sloppy.

Best decision I have ever made! The installer Alex was so good and neat and cleaned up all the messes! The installation was to be 4 days but Alex was so organized he was able to finish my project in 3 days including putting on the cabinet pulls! I am still missing 2 doors so hopefully they will come in the next couple days!! I am very satisfied with the job Alex did and how timely and clean he was!! Love my nice white cabinets!!

Overall process was great. Expense is the only aspect that is negative.

Chris did a fantastic job from start to finish! He arrived on time, just as promised, and handled the installation and cleanup with great care. We had both bathrooms remodeled, and he installed the tub and shower the very next day without any issues.
On the first day, we had a hard stop at 4:30 due to an appointment. Chris was super accommodating and offered to come earlier the next day to stay on schedule—very professional! After the work was done, he walked us through everything and made sure we knew how to reach him if we had any questions or concerns. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free.
Highly recommend Chris for any bathroom remodel or installation work. Awesome job!
