Good customer communication

They were very good at what they were doing.

From initial contact through completion I remained confident I had chosen the right team. Quality, professionalism, customer service were all top notch.

First shower attempt failed as there was no water pressure. Had to replace a new shower head right away do to the head being clogged because lines were never cleared after new plumbing installation.

Sales person didn't have all the right info about product nor samples of glass doors. Didn't know how they replaced the plumbing. Forgot to include the shower seat in the offer. To get a better price had to sign up right away, pressured. He was here for 6 hours.We felt it somewhat pricey also.

It was good just the price is not good.

Came several times prior to install always confirming a round curtain rod and at install all of a sudden, no we don't know anything about that. Really

The installers were very professional good use of time our windows look spectacular. We are very happy.

By not getting things right the first time, having to wait another 4 weeks to get counter tops right and smaller details finished. And still finding edges not smooth around dishwasher.

When and if someone asks us we definitely will let them know that Mad City we. recommend.

Be truthful on your dates for installs. Don't double cash a check. Thank goodness my bank didn't charge me.

The team was good to work with, but they quickly realized that they needed a lift to gain access to the windows as they were too high up and too tall to deal with on a ladder. The lift arrived several hours later, and worked well for them, but the ground was soft and therefore the lift left a lot of deep cuts into the front lawn. So much that I will need to get some topsoil to fill in the indentations.

Did great overall, but we noticed a crack after installation after they left.

Simon and Todd are professionals that explain everything in question. They will go the extra mile to do the job correctly. They were courteous and focused.

Mad City was more expensive than the other quotes I received so I would be careful about recommending unless I knew the friend/family member's budget.
