I would not recommend it to a friend because, in the beginning, before they got our stuff, they reached out a lot. But once they got our stuff, we really didn't hear back from them. We had to be the ones chasing them to get dates and times. They were not forthcoming with information, so no, I wouldn't recommend it.

We felt mislead and gaslit by Lyons, who told us one thing on site and reported something entirely different to our insurance company. We did not feel that they took our family's safety seriously and/or were not qualified to do the job at hand.

Was told that my music equipment would be sent to third party specialists for cleaning only for them to do it themselves

The representative was on time, worked until everything was done. The rep did contact me to let me know about my things. The rep even allowed me to get some clothes earlier. VERY RELIABLE!

I'm not sure if I would recommend them to a friend because at first, I was getting really good response times, but now, I am trying to get in touch with the person I've been working with and I've gotten absolute silence for weeks. I'm disappointed with the lack of courtesy.

Our insurance contracted with Lyons Restores after our house fire and they responded quickly and efficiently to pick up our furniture and personal items. Chris was our initial contact and he was professional and compassionate as he reviewed our home. Ernesto, Morella and Veronica did a fantastic job of packing out our items, and Isaac and Ernesto returned our items and unpacked with care.

I asked for a quote several times, and they were unable to give me one. I also asked for a receipt for after everything was finished, and after calling them everyday for a week, they told me I had to reach out to my insurance about that. They ended up charging my insurance about $5,000 for service. I had about 12 boxes, but only three of them was clothing that was salvageable.

I believe the removal process for my property could have been handled more carefully. The people who came to load the items up for removal damaged some of the things because they were not covered properly.
