Probably not to be honest. Our house was hit by a drunk driver, you heard that right. Our house was minding its own business but was struck. Two other construction companies said they could fix the siding that was damaged for little cost. Long came in and convinced us that two whole sides needed replacing due to siding being put on top down and the damage was on the bottom. Additionally, Long was HIGHLY recommended by friends of ours.

Long did a nice job on my roof and was willing to assist with some siding a storm removed. I asked their rep directly for a quote on a window and the reply was long in coming - possible he was on vacation. I have communicated my only roof concern - failure to identify the lack of need for an existing exhaust that could have been removed to Long already. This would have given me a cleaner roof line with less opportunity for leakage in the future.

They were on time, got everything done quickly, and they were easy to work with.

Long Construction was super great to work with. We got the roof done in early December, which is a rough time to be on a roof. But the crew was super professional and everyone was great to work with. When we discovered that there was a problem with my chimney, they presented several reasonable options, took a bunch of photos so I could see what they were talking about, and generally tried to get me the information I needed to make the right choice for me and not for the convenience of the project. These guys know their stuff and I would happily pick them again.

Not satisfied with the manner which additional plywood costs were passed on to me as the total cost for the roof repair phase of the project was in the contract. Quite frankly the plywood explanation and additional charge was nothing short of BS. No further comment

Everyone we worked with was great! The process was very easy.

The roof job was completed in one day, although it was a long 12 hour day. The roof installation appears to be well done. The skylights were replaced with no issues. The new cedar at the roof to wall transitions was done nicely and caulked with the cedar color caulk I provided.

They started their work quickly. They also have great reviews!

The owner Becky has no integrity, is a liar and forges documents
