Joe the owner worked with my insurance it was very good and the sales man ethin was very nice I'm a vet so they gave big discounts to life time

After installation there were pink foot prints on and tar-like material on my concrete. I contacted Harry who was supposed to send someone to clean up; never happened. Was told Joe or Harry would stop by with a thank you gift; told Joe it wasn’t necessary but he insisted; never happened. Again I wasn’t looking for a gift, but wanted to talk about what could be done about the dark area on the roof; one package of shingles was another dye/color lot.
