Caused a leak and spent months trying to get out of paying for it. Put a lein on my house after agreeing that I wouldn't pay till after the leak was fixed, since the roof wasn't done yet. Still didn't pay the full amount I'm owed
We wanted to get the roof done. Would recommend you for that. Great help in working with insurance claims.
Legacy Restoration put gutter guards on this last Fall. I don't know how they're going to hold up, so time will tell.
Easy to work with, efficient, and quality of workmanship
Very quick and helped manage communication with insurance company.
Legacy did great work. James was the reason I would not recommend the company. He seemed great in the beginning and at the end made an error in billing and forced me to pay for that. There was a discrepancy of about $500 that he could not account for and he made me pay for it, although I had already paid my deductible and he didn't know why the amount was off. He admitted it was probably an error on his part. The entire project gave Legacy over 40K and in the end he forced me to pay what he was off. It was a horrible experience trying to remedy this and find a solution. I had always provided to him EXACTLY what he asked for, and he would reconcile plans with me with a detailed overview. But after it was done, he set up an appointment and came into my home to collect the balance that was unaccounted for, and it was very uncomfortable. My boyfriend suggested we split the difference being that was the fair route as he admitted it was his error and he was unable to show why I owed it. But he said he needed to collect the entire amount and would check with his manager and get back to me. He cashed the check the next day and never reached out to me again. I would never recommend James to anybody and it left a sour taste in my mouth for the whole experience with Legacy.
Still picking up nails.
Very professional work done timely and cleanup was great!
Friendly service from beginning to end.
ii
Great communication and service
Got the job done really fast, and did a great job
Too many guys (weight) on the roof at one time ,did internal cracks in the ceiling in our home
Legacy represented themselves as if they could/would do the complete job. After we accepted the job we were told since we weren't doing windows we had to find a different contractor for the windows wrap. The portion of the job that was completed was done very well. Just feel we were mislead.
They were very personable, and they gave me a lot of attention, which I appreciated.
I had a lot of difficulty with my insurance company. Legacy stuck with my claim for over a year.
The crews did an amazing job and the administration was very good in the background as well.
I recommend Legacy Restoration (RST Storm). They were on time and they did a great job on the roofing of the house.
The people of Legacy were pleasant, hard working and I felt like they had my best interest in mind to make my house look better than it did before.
They didn't do the work as promised.
The crew at Legacy was helpful in navigating the insurance process. The number of people involved with the project caused a handful of miscommunications which caused frustrations throughout. The crews contracted to complete the project did good work on what they were there to do, but were careless in regards to protecting the property that was not being worked on.
From start to finish I was kept my informed of the progress.
They did a good job overall. I would recommend them to anyone. They do quality work.
We would highly recommend Legacy. We had never filed a claim before and they explained everything to us in detail.
There are a few things I would recommend to a friend 1.) before signing ANYTHING make sure what type of roof you really want. I would have chosen a metal roof, which Legacy does not offer. 2.) Make sure you understand everything you are going to be signing and get copies of what you have signed. Make sure you can get a hard copy of agreements if needed. 3.) Read ALL of the papers (there will be a lot) you get from Legacy detailing all the work to be done and estimated costs. Be aware that this information can change during the process. If an issue comes up you don't understand or agree with call the company or your insurance representative and get answers. 4.) Be patient, do your due diligence, advocate for yourself if necessary and it should all go smoothly.
