Incredible commitment to helping me get my roof replaced. Patrick was so patient and stuck with me for a whole year while we made our case to the insurance company. Any other company/agent would’ve easily given up after a month or two but I was surprised by Patrick’s level of commitment. Also highly expert in the laws and regulations which ultimately enabled me to get the compensation I deserved.

The initial process was fine until it came to the actual work being performed. The company tried to charge for activities that weren’t performed. I’ve had to constantly call for updates and they’ve still not got back to me about the siding needing fixed even after cutting a piece to give for color matching.

It was important to me that I could find my own roofing company rather than someone who knocked on my door. I saw Janney Roofing’s name recommended several times on different Central Florida subreddits. From my first meeting with Rob Norton, I knew the company was a class act and that I was in good hands with Rob. He was kind, personable, not pushy at all, and seemed committed to helping us get a new roof rather than just trying to make a sale.

Janney clearly has a strongly established internal process from the way they moved our account through their departments as we progressed through our roofing project. I was impressed with the amount and professionalism of communication, the ease of working with everyone on the team, and their handling of our insurance claim. They made a daunting process perfectly straightforward.

They were super nice guys. I really enjoyed then they came to my home. They were friendly and knowledgeable. It went great, and the men who did the work- that was the best part. I bought them donuts and coffee; they appreciated it.

I would highly recommend but would have to tell friend it was more expensive then others but the job was excellent and i am happy with what I received since it was my daughters house and I couldn’t be there I needed the best

Legacy resided our house a few years ago during the wintertime. It was very cold, but the people doing the work showed up every day, worked hard, and cleaned up every evening. The James Hardie siding looks great, generates a lot of complements and has held up exactly as we expected it to. Very satisfied with our Legacy Restoration experience.

Janney was a referral from a friend several years ago. Aaron J. has been my primary contact for repair work over the years. He is always responsive, knowledgeable, service focused - a great person. When it was time to replace the roof, there was no question that Janney would be my contractor. The entire roof replacement experience - from beginning to completion - was outstanding. This includes the man who oversaw the delivery and placement of the dumpster on my driveway! The Janney team was personable, professional, skilled tradesmen, committed to ensuring the project went smoothly, and committed to customer service.
