I just felt Legacy Restoration was a little higher priced.

The initial process was fine until it came to the actual work being performed. The company tried to charge for activities that weren’t performed. I’ve had to constantly call for updates and they’ve still not got back to me about the siding needing fixed even after cutting a piece to give for color matching.

Very professional

They have very good communication with the customers.

Legacy Restoration did a great job overall; they were quick, and everything looks great.

Survey requests are very excessive!! It’s been over 6 months and I keep getting survey emails!!

Legacy Restoration is the best company ever.

Because they help me with the insurance and every step of the process

Legacy Restoration was highly organzed throughout the pocess, having project managers who kept me updated and checked with me regulary to make sure that I had inpuit in each step.

I will share the great experience to anyone needing work that you might offer.

Levi was very detailed and very accurate with his explanation of the work to be performed as well as the costs.

Very thorough explanation and ongoing communication. Efficient job and good cleanup.

They were very professional and caring. The whole staff worked well together, and I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did.

From beginning to end it was a very helpful and thorough process with clear options and feedback. The work was also very high quality and expedient.

I would recommend them as they did the job and it was done correctly and efficiently.

Very satisfied with how you handled the job and the insurance company. Was happy with the timing and quality of the work.did a good job with the cleanup.

They know very well how to work with the insurance company

Legacy’s representative, Leviticus was extremely friendly, kind, professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire claims process! He was also able to convince our insurance carrier to make an additional payment.

The workmanship was unacceptable. Light fixtures that were supposed to be saved were thrown out along with rain gutters that were to be saved to be put back on house. There was a vent that was supposed to be saved. It also was thrown out, we as the homeowners had to replace all of that at our own cost, and then when we tried to have legacy, reimburse us, we had a long, legal fight with them on that. Then they put a gag order on me so nothing could be said on social media to explain what had happened or give a bad review to get settlement completed.

Easy to work with and very helpful with all aspects of the project.

Before the materials for the jobsite were dropped off, I specifically told John Greenway to let the crew know NOT to put the materials on my grass. As it turns out they didn't listen. I call John as soon as I saw it. He called me back and apologize and told me there is nothing that can be done now to remove the pallet off my grass. Secondly I asked all areas to be tarped off and that didn't happened. Since that was not done there were a few nails. I am still finding nails today from the project that was done almost 4 months ago. Third- Your supervisor was at my property 70% of the time and most of that time he was walking around the sidewalk. I was told he had other projects to supervise. I am in construction myself. I dedicate one supervisor for each project. My question for him were, how does he know if his crew is doing things the right way if he is not upthere on the roof supervising?? Because of he was NOT upthere as he should, there were somethings that were left behind and unchecked. I don't want this survey to be 10 pages. Forth- The nails were the biggest issue for me. When the project ended, I asked the supervisor if the crew used the magnet to survey the yard and he said it was done. As it turns out, there were many many nails left on my grass and garden beds. I had to call you guys back 3 times!! I used a golf greens mower to cut my turf. The reel blades are expensive to replace. 2 of my blades were damaged from the nails getting stuck in it. I reached out to my friend that is a greenskeeper at a golf course and asked if he can regrind the damage that was done from the nails. He said no. So I am going to lose 2 reel blades which cost $450 to $550 each!
I would like you to cover that cost at the very least.

Legacy Restoration was easy to work with and responsive to all follow-up questions.

They just did a really great job. They knocked on my door, and they dealt with the insurance company in a way that I wouldn't have put up with and I would've given up on insurance. They guided me every step of the way.

Very professional, timely and clean up was very throrough

Still finding all kinds of nails in the backyard my child plays in.

Honest about what they could offer and I do recommend them.

Made life harder! Never recommend your company!

They did a great job, and they did it in a very timely and efficient way.

this is a great company and true to their word.

I would recommend Legacy Restoration. They were very professional, efficient with their work and time on the job.

They were good at communicating with us.

Legacy Restoration is not very quick to respond once you have a contract signed with them. After signing the contract, expect the communication to be lacking.

We had a challenging experience due to both our insurance and the rep we worked with at Legacy. We didn’t know final cost as the rep had to do two separate two hour sessions figuring out the math on our insurance. I get that it our insurance, but would have been much better if it was done before he came to our house.

Helped me out by giving me information
Did the paper work for me and calling insurance. Being on time.

Try to avoid installation of shingles in the late fall/early winter

Legacy was communicative and thorough and the product was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves each day and always answered any questions we had.

Very prompt and efficient

Good Service

Great company to work with. From start to finish everything went perfectly.

Very simple, they done what they said they would do, and the cost was as they had explained.

We had a bad experience with Legacy Restoration. Even though we did recommend our neighbor to them, our experience was not good.

Very friendly and upfront

Legacy Restoration was great to work with. They were helpful, and everything has gone well.

I had a fantastic experience with Legacy Restoration for my new roof and siding. From start to finish, their communication was outstanding, keeping me informed every step of the way. The entire process was incredibly smooth and required minimal effort on my part. The crews were efficient, completing the work quickly and leaving everything spotless afterward. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend them!

I recently had some restoration work done by Legacy Restoration. I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They guided us through the insurance claim process, which was a huge help. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Legacy came on time,

I appreciate that they caught the damage before it was too late to turn into insurance. Communcation was pretty good. But they seemed to try and tack on additional things whenever they could the initial quote was around 22K and the total ended up around 30k quite a difference. They also allowed gutters to be hung before facia claiming it would work without any issue which was not true, and ordered the wrong facia asking me later to pay the difference between 6- and 8-inch facia ultimately they cut the 8 inch down to around 5 inches so they could put it up while gutters were up. I don't think I would have ever known if I didn't have cameras. I would find it hard to recommend them due to some of those issues.

Everything went good except for my weathervane on the garage, which was never fixed thank you

I have given out your cards.

It took 5 months to get the new roof. No communication. It was like I got lost in the system.
