Salesman very knowledgeable and well prepared for appointment. The tech team did the work in one afternoon. Cleaned up all staging area. The team leader was very respectful and did a thorough walk around at the end. He made a very nice recommendation to reduce the possible noise as rain runs down the down spout by placing sponge scrungees in the trap doors of the down spouts. Good call.

Part of the install was cutting the bargeboards. The drip edge flashing was not added where the boards were cut; there is now a small strip at each roof corner where the drip edge is missing
