High pressure sales pitch, not following through, said I would be compensated for the delay, was not ! Didn’t get the redirection pipes, left debris in my yard, would not recommend! Over priced and too much bull

The sale was overpriced and product was misrepresented and claims about quality were false. Aggressive sales tactics and imaginary discounts.

Once we finally got a response from the sales team (it took 3 calls to get a return call then one sales “no show”), everything went fast and smoothly.

From salesman to contractor were very considered with answering any question asked.

Quick turnaround from first visit to installation

I feel like we was pressured by the salesman without being able to review customer service. When I talk team arrives they could not do the back porch but salesman didn't know. Had to pay another company to do the back porch. My main issue is Installation was completed the next day but we cannot resolve an issue with water run over immediately. I feel for $15,000 and immediate installation but delayed repairs is disappointing.

I like the replacement of the gutters, not just covering the old gutters

Very good installation and appearance. We had the original version of Leafguard that didn't handle heavy rain well, but we're expecting an improvement with this wider version. No heavy rainfall has occurred yet.

After the gutters and downspouts were installed, I found out the downspouts would have to be changed. They have to utilize the inground outlets or the foundation will be compromised with runoff from too small water barrels.

Extremely easy to set up an appointment. Excellent follow up calls to tell me when the workmen were on their way. Workers were hard working in the heat of the day. Cleaned up every single screw and scraps left on the ground. Very friendly, no bad language or bad manners! I would have to say a very good experience. Better than what we have had with other companies!

The gutters are extremely noisy when it’s raining. I never noticed that before. I wonder if that’s an indication of cheaper quality metal being used.

I should have all my down spouts, finished and all drains working
They left two undone told me I'd have to call roto router to unclogged them
All my drains should have been working before they left!!!
Then told me he left black pipe out back for that down spout, nothing for front down spout, not even a 90 at bottom to put, a black pipe on.
Plus, the front one still has the OLD down spout pipe, sticking out BOTTOM of yours. Don't think 2 foot from ground

They were doing gutters. Not roof work!! Guttermen should never be on a roof. That why they have to use Ladders!

Leafguard made a careful analysis of our large house with many different roofs. We've had severe problems with gutters overshooting and for the most part, they fixed it perfectly. There were two small areas where the water was still overflowing the new gutters. Leafguard came back twice and fixed the problem. Overall, we are satisfied.

Good workmanship way too expensive

Where we live, it is the only gutter service we could use. A traditional gutter set couldn’t work with the trees we have that are close. We had moss building in the gutters, and now we are protected. I am excited.

The quality of the material and the professional work are excellent. The installation has improved the look of my house and reduced my concerns about overflowing gutters.

Leafguard is a very professional company.

I love our new gutter system, but I'm not sure many I could recommend could afford them, but I HAVE told people about them.

I was very pleased with their work and when I had a problem they came right away to take care of it.

I was very pleased at how quickly and expertly the gutters were installed in just a couple of hours. Leafguard of Roanoke was able to change the pitch of the gutters on the back of the house so that they were less likely to flood the neighbor's basement, as we were contributing to their flooding. Now it will empty out at the driveway, as it is on the other side of the house.

I had to call technician back to do things they missed.

They have taken care of our gutter issues over the years.

The rain is running behind my gutters. It is not running over them; it is leaking behind the gutters.

It was pretty expensive, it didn't feel like it was properly presented with what you are getting for the money. We thought we were getting more for what we paid for.
