I had Leaf guard send their workers to correct 2 problems. They came to fix the fascia to help the gutters to perform correctly on the back side of the house. Then I had them come back to correct some leakages where the downspouts were put together on the front side of the house. They came promptly within a day or two.
Where my disappointment came in was I promised a vacation voucher with my purchase of Leafguard gutters but have not been able to find anyone to help me with obtaining the promised voucher although I have contacted them several times.

I like that it’s a good product and I can call if something goes wrong. Even though they use top items above everyone else, the only thing I did not like was the price. It was extremely expensive and with everything being so expensive it would have been nicer to have paid less then what I am paying being a disabled veteran on a fixed income.

Professionalism, informative, great communication and kept their appointments as scheduled. Did not feel pressured. I like that they send pictures of team member you will be meeting with, like Uber as an additional safety guard.

The office representative lied to me about 75% off and a free gift card too good to be true?

The work was wonderful. But the price was extortion. Only reason I bought was that I needed to match what was on the house.

I compared other suppliers to estimate that I had $120 worth of gutter. The installers (@ $30/hr ?) spent 2 hours plus another hour travel to cost $180. With markup the whole job should hundreds of dollars, not almost &5000 !!

The customer service was beyond our expectation..

I really think they did a great job overall. The only thing that needs improvement is their prices.

I like the oversized gutters and downspouts that have worked quite well with recent downpours. The gutter profile makes it stronger than a traditional gutter. The addition of a metal fascia cladding behind the gutter minimizes the risk of wood deterioration. Overall, it's a good system.

They did a fantastic job. It looks very good.
