Great product and warranty, professional and efficient installation

fast efficient and friendly

I like the system

Top product with great installation crew

Still getting used to looking at new gutters & larger downspouts...the colors blended in perfectly with the house. Installation was fast and seemed relatively easy for them.

They did a great job, cleaned up afterwards!

Quality product.

Clean and efficient crew. Had the whole job

Good looking product qualified installation

Everything: thorough and excellent workmanship wasting no time, actually caring how everything turned out, plus a very helpful and knowledgeable young man who helped me plan everything out ahead of time, Tyler B. I was pleased with how it all went.

The product seems well designed and the presentation from the sales rep was great.

Easy to work with, very nice installers and they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves too.

Everything but the price

A good product, and the installation was excellent

I wanted the best that is what I got.

improve cleanliness of job site and details of installation

I found the sales rep to be courteous and very knowledgeable of this product. He took a care of all the financial took the down payment. I was very pleased with his performance. His name is Lou.

I am unhappy because the estimate included a metal garage, which couldn't be done. The cost adjustment wasn't as good as I would have liked, but didn't know until the end. It is summer and I havent seen the gutters work yet. Perhaps I'll be happier then.

Ver efficient in installing my gutters and I won’t have to clean them out

I paid for products that the salesman sold me l did not need and did not use. They would not refund anything.

Get water away from my house was not done as asked except for one down spout

Kenneth and Ed were amazing-Kenneth did the “lions share” of the work because Ed had to drive all the way to Salem to pick up additional parts!

I had a small gutter repair. The process to get it fixed was quick and easy.

Excellent quality, great service, fast and efficient. Quality and service

Extremely Professional. Easy to talk to and with. Explained everything in great detail what was happening at the moment. Answered every and all questions. And when they were finished, cleaned up everything, You wouldn't know that they had been there except for the beautiful new gutters on the house.

We have had your product in the past and find it to be a reliable and quality product.

To Expensive and didn’t resolve my roof problem but I understand you overcharge on removing the gutters if I need the roof replaced nor do you come out and remove the soot that might get in the gutters so yeah I think simple gutters would have been better

Quality, appearance, warranty.

Too expensive for the average household. Estimator could be more detail oriented, although he was very nice. But he missed menchening the long metal brackets holding up the heavy downspout chains had to be removed first by a roofing company, before the gutters could be installed. So the gutter instlation team arrived to install the gutters, and had to leave without any instlation, because the downspout chain brackets had to be removed FIRST.

Mostly the installation techs. They did an amazing job. They kept us informed during the entire project. Thank you guys.

The sales rep, wanting to make the sale told me no problem painting them just use proper paint and primer, then when I told the scheduling person, I only wanted the gutter pieces 1st so I could paint them he said I could not. I would have much preferred the sales rep was more forthcoming before I was locked into the contract so I could have made a more informed decision. There was a bit of mixup with the color as well. So I had to send the delivery guy back for the correct color. You talk with too many people who tell you conflicting information.

Professional, care about the quality, and timely with no wasted effort.

Cost was not much more than other gutter replacement.Thay did the work

I am totally satisfied, and I can't wait for the first rain to see how they work. The gentlemen were very nice. They got right in and hopefully found all the nails. I was very pleased with how they did their job.

Hire a more honest salesperson. See below.

I'm impressed with the product. I live in an older home that's been very well maintained and I'd like it to stay like that.

I had a roof replaced 6 years ago with a Presidential 50 year roof. And new gutters, it was brought to my attention (after ) installed new gutters that they had to cut a 3' section of wanescoat of stone for a wider down spout bear in mind they did a professional job at there expense, the gutters were 7k. I had your estimator tell me they can do the same as there experienced in what they do. As the down spout is even bigger. After installing leafguard the installer claimed he didn't have tools to cut it. And I was put on the phone with there boss with leafguard saying they can't cut it. Even for 20k ..... Now what's wrong with that picture. I'm not 100% satisfied with this.....

Everything about our experience with Leafguard, from start to finish, was excellent. Our salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. The installation team was professional, timely and explained all the features of our new gutter system. Highly recommend!

The men completed the job in less than a day, cleaned up any debris, and were pleasant and friendly. They took pride in doing a job well done.

If we speak to anyone who needs a gutter, we will certainly mention what a great job your team did.

The work was very good and the top of the line

Excellent product. Looks great, gave our house a neat finished look. Great workmanship, and guarantees.

The LeafGuard crew was friendly, respectful and efficient. They had the old gutters down, cleaned up and the new ones in place in less than four hours. This included having to do a work-around to get a down spout into place in a tight spot where a gate lock blocked getting the new down spout into place. They did a great job and the new gutters are beautiful.

Very professionally done

I have an issues and have contacted with novresonse

These are the best gutters...but are often out of the price range of homeowners. I would recommend them highly, but I know many people who would opt for something more affordable

Removal of gutter helmet this winter left my roof shingles cracked and bent. I was not notified that this was a possibility or that it was actually happening at the time. My sales rep notified me that they would not repair the damage and that I should contact a roofing company for repairs. I was able to repair some of the damage on the lower level myself with a heat gun, not that difficult! I love the new gutter system, works as advertised and looks great but gutter helmet should not be removed during cold months due to roof damage.

I liked the product and workmanship. The installation crew was efficient and professional

A new home and I wanted a top of the line gutter system. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the product and the sales and installation crew. A well done project!

I wished I would have done it years ago
