The LeafGuard crew was friendly, respectful and efficient. They had the old gutters down, cleaned up and the new ones in place in less than four hours. This included having to do a work-around to get a down spout into place in a tight spot where a gate lock blocked getting the new down spout into place. They did a great job and the new gutters are beautiful.

Removal of gutter helmet this winter left my roof shingles cracked and bent. I was not notified that this was a possibility or that it was actually happening at the time. My sales rep notified me that they would not repair the damage and that I should contact a roofing company for repairs. I was able to repair some of the damage on the lower level myself with a heat gun, not that difficult! I love the new gutter system, works as advertised and looks great but gutter helmet should not be removed during cold months due to roof damage.

Well, it's been a couple of months since I got my new gutter system and I am pleased to say that after a few rainstorms and one ice storm, my gutters did exactly what they were supposed to do. The one thing that made this company a joy to work with was their communication. The salesman truly listened to what I said and he transfered everything to the installers. They, too, listened to me and did exactly as I asked. It was a real pleasure having this company work on my home and I love my new gutter system!

I don't have a good way to answer how likely I am to recommend. The answer is, no, I probably would not, but, yes, I plan on using their services again myself. It doesn't have anything to do with the quality of Leafguard, more that I just don't have anyone that I am able to recommend them to.

The sales rep was extremely polite and professional, he said something about a military discount which I am not sure we actually received? The coordination between myself and the scheduling department was a little rocky as at first they could not get in touch with me, then it seemed weird getting them here, even though it did work out. The job site persons were very friendly and helpful to work with, but the left a lot of screws in the driveway that left us with three flat tires before we realized what was happening. The end product is fantastic though and what we really needed. I would recommend this to everyone who wants a maintenance free gutter!
