The sales rep, wanting to make the sale told me no problem painting them just use proper paint and primer, then when I told the scheduling person, I only wanted the gutter pieces 1st so I could paint them he said I could not. I would have much preferred the sales rep was more forthcoming before I was locked into the contract so I could have made a more informed decision. There was a bit of mixup with the color as well. So I had to send the delivery guy back for the correct color. You talk with too many people who tell you conflicting information.

I am totally satisfied, and I can't wait for the first rain to see how they work. The gentlemen were very nice. They got right in and hopefully found all the nails. I was very pleased with how they did their job.

I'm impressed with the product. I live in an older home that's been very well maintained and I'd like it to stay like that.

I had a roof replaced 6 years ago with a Presidential 50 year roof. And new gutters, it was brought to my attention (after ) installed new gutters that they had to cut a 3' section of wanescoat of stone for a wider down spout bear in mind they did a professional job at there expense, the gutters were 7k. I had your estimator tell me they can do the same as there experienced in what they do. As the down spout is even bigger. After installing leafguard the installer claimed he didn't have tools to cut it. And I was put on the phone with there boss with leafguard saying they can't cut it. Even for 20k ..... Now what's wrong with that picture. I'm not 100% satisfied with this.....

The LeafGuard crew was friendly, respectful and efficient. They had the old gutters down, cleaned up and the new ones in place in less than four hours. This included having to do a work-around to get a down spout into place in a tight spot where a gate lock blocked getting the new down spout into place. They did a great job and the new gutters are beautiful.

These are the best gutters...but are often out of the price range of homeowners. I would recommend them highly, but I know many people who would opt for something more affordable

Removal of gutter helmet this winter left my roof shingles cracked and bent. I was not notified that this was a possibility or that it was actually happening at the time. My sales rep notified me that they would not repair the damage and that I should contact a roofing company for repairs. I was able to repair some of the damage on the lower level myself with a heat gun, not that difficult! I love the new gutter system, works as advertised and looks great but gutter helmet should not be removed during cold months due to roof damage.

Well, it's been a couple of months since I got my new gutter system and I am pleased to say that after a few rainstorms and one ice storm, my gutters did exactly what they were supposed to do. The one thing that made this company a joy to work with was their communication. The salesman truly listened to what I said and he transfered everything to the installers. They, too, listened to me and did exactly as I asked. It was a real pleasure having this company work on my home and I love my new gutter system!

I don't have a good way to answer how likely I am to recommend. The answer is, no, I probably would not, but, yes, I plan on using their services again myself. It doesn't have anything to do with the quality of Leafguard, more that I just don't have anyone that I am able to recommend them to.
