Unless things are made right, I would never recommend lifeguard. I have three downspouts that were promised me that I didn’t get, some downspouts that were supposed to go from the roof to the gutter that I didn’t receive. Each of the downspouts were supposed to have the trap door where you could clean the filter those were not installed. One downspout is angled towards the house instead of away from the house. Several downspouts are not completely attached with missing screws or no screws at all. Many of the long runs for the gutters are bowed and have over an inch gap in them. When gutters were taken off the house if there was anything in the gutter that splashed up against the house, it was left it there didn’t clean it up or clean up any of the granules off the driveway. At this point, I’m thinking I should’ve gone with a different company.

Leafguard is fabulous!

Initially, the crew they sent out was inexperienced. The entire system was installed improperly. They had to come back and redo it. It was leaking everywhere. They went on my brand-new deck without a mat and scratched up my new deck.

I am happy with the quality of workmanship. There was a bit of an issue, but they came out the following business day and replaced the longest section that needed to be fixed. I was really happy that they stood by their word and repaired it. I was very impressed and pleased that they stand behind what they advertise.

Good product, very high cost. I have no problem paying for a high end product, however on this case the install doesn’t meet my expectations.

Requested hard copies of contract took forever.

The two installers were on time, did a great job and cleaned up everything.

Very deceptive in offer of 0% financing. When brought to the attention of the manager he would rather argue than try to please the customer.

I don't know if I am likely to recommend LeafGuard of Northern Wisconsin. They used my ladder when they started, and I haven't gotten it back.

I didn't like that icicles had formed on the edge of the gutters. When the temperatures rose that water later dripped down the front of the gutter.

Your product is very expensive. I would only suggest it to people with serious leaf problems

Everyone was extremely courteous and very professional. Would strongly recommend the group that served us.

There should be a set price during the sales presentation, so that the consumer does not have to sit through a long bargaining process. Also, I have not done comparative pricing, but it appears that LeafGuard is expensive.

My neighbor also put on gutter guards.
