All went well from beginning presentation to completion.
They did a wonderful job til the last section of flashing. I called and manager said he would send them following Monday to fix it. They text on Thursday they were on their way down. That was fine but we were out of town. So Tymeek and I went over what the problem was and when we got home they had put flashing light the porch. Looks better but not where we had told them. Also sent picture to the manager of the problem. Just not happy. Went with LeafGuard because of their reputation
Leafguard did an outstanding job.
Pricing. Too high for most people in my humble opinion. I also have concerns about the installation crew. On our crew, one guy quit after a few hours and sat in the van while the other guy worked alone and well past 7 PM. He came back the next morning to check some things because he ran out of daylight the previous day

A large amount of waste was left all around our yard which makes us question the reliability and priorities of the installers and your company.

My salesperson neglected to inform us they couldn’t do the gutter across the deck because of wires coming from the street to our house. She didn’t tell the installers either so after a two hour drive they learned they couldn’t finish the job until the wires were moved. She should have noticed it and have us move the wires first!
Great salesman ship and great to see when the ice and snow leave and rain comes to see them work!

The sales person would not let up and it something that I cannot afford and I am trying to borrow money so I can pay it back. May need to sell my home so I can pay it back and then not be avle to afford anywhere else
It took all day until darkness stopped work and appeared to be completed but required two return episodes for them to complete work due to problems with the work appearance

I would’ve liked the salesman to meet for a followup. There is a portion of installation handled by one worker and it’s not installed properly. The major portion of labor was handled with two installers and I think is adequate. 315 7771400 identify if calling or I likely won’t pick up
I thought the crew that came out knew what they were doing and seemed to be very qualified for their job. I was not completely satisfied with the amount of money I paid and the service I am getting from LeafGuard of Northern New York.

I was very pleased with the way LeafGuard of Northern New York went about it. They did not take forever, and it was done in just a few hours. It looks beautiful.
The workmanship is not good. There was no respect for personal property. They left a mess on my roof.

Leafguard was very courteous and kind, and they did a really did a beautiful job. The cleanup was done very well, and I have talked to others who found did not have that same experience with other companies, so I would definitely recommend Leafguard.
Everything went well despite rain most of the day. Results look good and work well.
We like the gutters we now have Pricey but good.
The installation was done in terrible weather: cold, wind, snow, and dark for the final hour or two. We wonder if this resulted in the leaky corners which required more than one follow-up repair. (We hope that is all.) Debris was found on the lawn after the snow melted. Salespeople and installers were great.

I've had problems finding someone to clean my gutters every year and someone suggested I get Leaf Guard. So I made the call, a salesman came to the house and went over everything with me. It sounded all good at the time so I signed the contract. However he asked if I get icicles. Yes, I do behind the house. So even though the eaves are only on the front of the house, he told me I needed them on the back as well. Since then I've seen icicles both in the back and the front as the weather changes from warm to cold and back to warm this year. Now I'm wondering if I made the right decision after all.
Cost being the main factor about recommending to others. For me it solved a water in the basement issue that was immediate.
Caveat Emptor let the buyer beware. Too eager to sell, too eager to complete, not to eager to solve issues!
Great product, but had to have them come back 3x to address sagging gutters which weren't flowing to the downspouts. They came back promptly each time I called, but each time only fixed one issue rather than checking to be sure everything was OK. However, the gutters work wonderfully now and are easy to keep clean through filters at eye level in the downspouts. I'm glad I paid extra for Leafguard.
The installation is great, but while they were installed the gutters, they had to stop because they figured the fascia needed to be fixed and then they removed a piece of fascia and left another piece of fascia dangerously hanging from the edge of the house. They do not have contacts to anyone who could do the job, not even third-party contractors, so they just left my gutters unfinished and removed the existing fascia and left a piece of fascia hanging dangerously from the edge of the roof for 3 months, until I was able to find someone to fix the fascia, and then they came to finish the project. They should have contacts of fascia contractors handy so we could get that done faster.
They were very good about needing to change installation time based on other work being done on house.

For all the issues that have accompanied my Leaf Guard system (leaks, water behind the new gutter, incorrect pitching which is now going to require me to install a new downspout) all of which are still occurring even after 2 extra visits to try to correct the issues, DEFINATELY NOT worth the $12k price tag.
