The quality of the work did not match the rhetoric given us by the salesman. Just two workmen, and they pulled down gutters in the rain on our steep hillside - exposing interior of roof to excess moisture. Then worked till dark on another day even after though they were tired and hardly able to see. When I commented to the bosses in GV, they said the workers set their own hours. We paid a lot of money for a quality job and I think our two workers were somewhat overwhelmed by our house and the job. Our fee was $20k and for that amount of money, I expected an experienced team. Plus our workers did not cut gutters over a drop cloth so I spent hours cleaning up small metal scraps from our driveway, walkways and deck. The workers ran a quick magnet over the space then used a blower to move most of the metal. Not acceptable - we paid for a high quality gutter and I expected a higher quality installation and better communication.

I think it’s an excellent product. I already have the gutters. This was an installation of an area of the house that needed another section.
