Very fast response to my order, excellent workmaship, and thorough clean up.

Less BS from the salesperson

We're very impressed with the high quality of the product, the very organized and efficient install, and given our past experience with the first generation of Leafguard, we have no doubts about how well the gutters will perform on this house

The two individuals that came to our house were very knowledgeable about the process and got right to the task at hand. When we returned home they had cleaned everything up. The next day it rained hard most of the day. It was a pleasure to be able to step off the porch without water pouring down on us. Great job done.

Very study material so held up to our heavy snow and ice. Just very expensive!

The Leafguard rain gutter is the best design available.

very professional and friendly. Came to do the work, finished, cleaned up in timely manner

The professionalism of all staff involved.

They did a wonderful job, picked up all project litter, and were very friendly and professional.

Excellent sales presentation. Assistance with finance.
Installation efficiency.

Quick response to my call. Salesperson arrived the next day.

The two gentlemen showed up, and later in the afternoon, one more man arrived with additional supplies. They did a beautiful job, and as far as I can tell, it’s a really good system from what I’ve seen so far. We had rain today, and everything went well.

Poor build quality. More of a gimmick with less aluminum than quality gutters

They were on time, polite and professional. But most importantly they were very good workers and did a excellent job. They were also thoughtful when it came to how they worked around the house structure.

The gutters are nice and they were installed very fast. You also have good payment options.

The problem is the rest of the process:

1. Salesman takes too long. They talk for over an hour about the history of gutters before giving a price.
2. Installation team took too long and it was dark before they finished. They didn't give an overview and they also said they were coming back but that never got scheduled so I think they had the wrong information.

The quality of the material, workmanship, personality of workers,on time, call before arrival and no pressure salesmanship

Good crew. But worked fast and did not have time to do some little extras. The shingles may need a little repair but that was not in the budget. Getting a minor roof repair is hard to do. Will you do it if I pay for a minor repair instead of the whole roof? IE, the bottom course? Put over old course?

Great gutter system. Looks like it’s been part of the house since the house was built. Best seamless gutter system that I would recommend to anyone without a dought.

It was a huge hassle to get it ordered - can never recommend that. Happy with the gutters, but now there are screws all over the yard along with pieces of gutter and other metal pieces. They scheduled in the snow, but didn’t tell me they would be so messy and I would be find8ng pieces weeks later. Not happy.

Leafguard staff were professional, timely, and responsive.

Thsi is teh seonc time we've had Leafguard come out. We've had great results with the first part, so we did the second part.

Promptness, experience, knowledge, very communicative and pleasant

I have a lot of issues with them.

When we committed to Leadguard we did not know they were in the process of merging with another company. Shortly after we committed the Representative that came to our home either left the company or was let go. We felt we were in limbo with questions we needed answered. We never received a confirmation detailing the complete job. We had issues regarding the monthly statement.

Leafguard made my home even better looking than before. We are very pleased with the clean lines and workmanship.

The system they sell is of the highest quality. Many gutter systems are good but in my opinion the helmet makes sense.

Responsive, timely, quality.

Leafguard of New Hampshire is very expensive, but it is good quality and done well.

We looked at other devices in the past on TV and in person, but this one looked the most practical and well-made. Our gutters from LeafGuard have withstood the severe weather here in Maine.

Every home should have it.

They did exactly what they said they would do and we have had no issues. Hopefully the warranty is as good as they say it will be!

Great deal and great job

Never completed job.

Showed up on time, completed the project ahead of time. friendly. Explained everything well and completely.

They do exactly what they say they are going to do, and they do it professionally. At the end of the day, it's an enhancement to property.

It l
took a few visits to get gutter finally installed. we had to pay extra for a roofer to come and confirm there was no problem to install gutters

I'm a repeat customer because of the obvious, they work.

I would not want to work with Kapil again. He cancelled many times and would not get back to me. His excuse was always he didn't get my message. He no doubt told the technicians to leave the first day they came because they thought the rain sensor on old gutter was an electronic devise. I told them it was not! In fact, it was dead because it was 30 yrs. old! Nevertheless, they left after making the gutter. It was left at the end of the lawn, almost on road side where kids walking by for school could step on it, play on it. Gutter was left there about 3 weeks and it left a huge groove on my lawn, which will cost me $500-600 tofix in the spring.

resonsive, timely, professional, flexible

They're very professional, thorough, and do a great job.

The product is very attractive. We are very happy with the gutters right now. We are looking to see how they perform during the winter with ice. We are very satisfied with our gutters performing under raining conditions.

Leafguard of New Hampshire's customer service is the worst of any company I have ever dealt with.

Would recommend this product. Company needs to have a follow up call policy.

The crew that did the work were excellent but lots of miscommunication between the sales team and them

We love these gutters. They are way more expensive but worth it. No cleaning gutters. Ever. Solidly built, work great even in deluge downpours. Color selection great, and all the people involved, from salesman to installers were great.

Very professional from beginning to completion .A little pricy but in the end would do it again

Leafguard never finished the project.

Unless my friends can afford a higher priced product, I would not recommend them. It is a higher priced product, there's no question about it. If you compare it to the other systems on the market, I mean yes, you're getting the high quality, but we're in a bad economy right now and folks are just barely holding on. So I'd recommend the product to someone who can afford it.

Initial installation was damaged, but it was repaired.

We are very pleased with the professional quality job Leafguard did with our cabin. They were very accommodating since we were not able to be there during installation. They kept us informed and did an excellent job.
