It is far too soon to tell if the system will work or how long it will last, thus the less than high likelyhood of recomendaton. If it warks as promised the lielyhood will increase as time goes by.

Great communication and thoughtful follow up from the sales person, the area manager, and the project supervisor.

Cost vs benefit

I would recommend this anyone wanted to get gutters.

Have had Leaf Guard gutters on my primary residence since early 2000.

We had unique needs with our high pitch raised seam steel roof. Snow slides were tearing up our old gutters, even with snow slide stops. Snow will slide right over these. Quality of work and materials is very good. The only thing I noticed a day after installation and acceptance was the down spouts angling from the gutters to the wall were at quite varied angles 15-24 deg. Not a good look from the end of the house.

I gave it a 1 for beauty--gutters look so much better than our old other ones. However, we are experiencing what we think looks like major problems with recent rains, gutters are not working properly, gushing and dumping in the wrong places. We've taken photos, and videos, sent them to our salesperson, examined what we can, reached out to our sales person multiple times and are not getting any response back from LeafGuard to come check and fix

Quoting a price at first \that is 2X what you would actually settle for seems disingenuous.

I liked the product, but the application of the product was lackadaisical.

Rating this an 8 is not a ding against Leafguard; I don't know what kind of analytics are used nowdays, but please do not mistake anything but a 10 as a Negative *unless* its specifically a low score and mentions bad experiences! I would be likely to recommend Leafguard, as it seems a well designed product, taking the actual physics of water and houses and gutters into account. :)

I like the fact that I won’t need to do any gutter cleaning from now on. They also look very nice.

The sales to install was great. We have some tweaking to do but that’s expected.

Screws were left in my driveway when the job was completed. The installers ran out of down spout extensions and installed a plastic corrugated plastic tube instead.

As I was on a ladder put up Christmas lights I noticed many gouges on our roof left by the ladders from the installation crew. At first I thought they were just loose shingles but now see gouges instead. This was a $20,000 1 year old roof!!! I have pictures if you would like to see them.

Your pressure to sign contract is not comfortable. One should have time to make comparisons.

I bought my house with Leafguard Gutters installed. I had some maintenance that needed to be done a couple of years after purchase. The company who facilitated that work was local to Madison, WI and was very professional and efficient. When i had to initiate an insurance claim due to storm damage - the Madison company no loger supported Leafguard, and my only recourse was to use Leafguard of Milwaukee

Our gutters were installed on a Friday and we told our salesperson we would not be home. We discuss final payment b/c we wouldn't be there. He was very nice and told us immediate payment wasn't necessary. The Saturday began a long weekend. I received a call about billing Saturday morning and again Monday. Again this was a holiday weekend. I received a message on Tuesday saying I was ignoring their attempts to collect and this would be referred to legal. I found this incredibly insulting. When I called him Tuesday morning he was rude and I lost my temper.
