They are not Sending anyone out very rapidly to fix the situation. We are completely unhappy with the situation.And may have to get a lawyer involved.

The guys did a great job except protect my Stamp Concrete. They put down chloride salt after I explained I used rocksalt, that rocksalt doesn't hurt my stamp concrete stain.

We were told several times there was enough room to install gutters over an existing awning when there was in fact not enough room and so there is no gutter above our awning.

I liked the fact that Mr. Blanchard was not pushy and respectfully addressed all my concerns. I was especially impressed with the quality of the product as well as the installers.

It rained hard today! No waterfalls over our gutters as was typical with our old gutters.

I am not a fan of we need a decision now and not being able to think about things for 24 hours. People should feel pressured. My salesperson was good and tried to make it painless as possible.
