Quality as a product

No issues the with the gutter installation, but I want to see if the Leafguard gutter system actually performs as advertised this fall with all the falling leaves before I recommend it to a friend.

First, I was overcharged on the final payment. Then I was told it would take 2 weeks for the refund. It's been 2 weeks and still no refund. Third, I received a letter stating that I was padt due on the final payment. I will never recommend this company.

Ask again after a storm or a season, Will depend on the gutters actually keeping leaf & debris out, but otherwise looks good, have some odd questions about the installation.

Great product. Valuable addition to our home.

Initial install was not satisfactory, several issues were identified and pictures sent to the project manager. The crew had to come back the next day to try and fix the identified problems. Gutters are leaking from the corner connections and several attempts have been made to request these areas be fixed. I feel as though our problems are being ignored. We spent a lot of money for your product and to this point we are not satisfied.

I just had the gutters installed 2 days ago. I woke up yesterday and the fascia in the front of the house is buckling and was charged for a downspout that wasn’t installed. I left a message yesterday and haven’t received a response.

I have not had this leaf guard gutters 24 hours so because it has not rained and I have not had any experience with the quality of the gutters at this time I cannot give you a review

I really like the product and service provided.

They are not Sending anyone out very rapidly to fix the situation. We are completely unhappy with the situation.And may have to get a lawyer involved.

The guys did a great job except protect my Stamp Concrete. They put down chloride salt after I explained I used rocksalt, that rocksalt doesn't hurt my stamp concrete stain.

We were told several times there was enough room to install gutters over an existing awning when there was in fact not enough room and so there is no gutter above our awning.

We are very happy with our experience with Leaf Guard!

I liked the fact that Mr. Blanchard was not pushy and respectfully addressed all my concerns. I was especially impressed with the quality of the product as well as the installers.

It rained hard today! No waterfalls over our gutters as was typical with our old gutters.
