Big promises, but as soon as the money changed hands leafguard service disappeared. Had problems with poor installation that still haven’t been responded to or resolved, and it seems like I am the only person trying to communicate. A lifetime warranty is no good without good service and communication!

They came early in the morning, got to work and finished removing the old gutter in a short period of time. They came back to put on the new gutter several days later after the new roof was completed. They were professional, hard-working, and friendly. Shout out to Ryan the site Foreman who answered all our questions and was very patient with us. We were replacing Leaf Guard gutters that we purchased 24 years ago.

I love it, just have a bit of concern of a few things that was discussed ,like decade wood would be replaced and uneven installments.

Quality installation and product

I have already talked about the quality of Leafguard to family and friends.

The install should have been one day. It has been over a kk th and still not complete. The members of management do not keep their word and crews do not show up

Gutter 5% catch openings are full requiring me to clean out and i am very concerned about debris in the actual gutter. Promise vacation package was never delivered by promised email even after 4 phone calls. Salesman asked what kind of promotion I wanted then after TV ads were giving better purchase price I realized why.

There are 2 down spouts that are turned the wrong way. Need them fixed please

I feel confident LeafGuard will perform even better once the twigs & other debris from the trees left be the normal shedding is washed from my roof. Spring’s “oak tails before leaves form

But person who set up appointment said I would get get gift card. And no one followed through. And I purchased gutters. False advertisement

The sales rep was professional, answered all my questions, and installation was completed faster than expected.

I will never recommend a company that refuses to put the customer first or take responsibility

I would recommend, if the friends had the financial means.

The installers were very nice and cleaned up the areas before leaving.

They worked really well with me and I would recommend them to anyone. I was very satisfied with the work that they did. They did a good job cleaning up after they were finished and did not leave any debris on the property and took it all with them. I would recommend them to anyone that asked me about their services. I was very pleased.
