My issue is I'd sent an email wednesday with video of rain pouring out the joints in 2 of 4 downspouts and little out if the other 2. Gutters are tilted towards one end and need adjusted to flow through all 4 downspouts. I have not had a response.

Sales rep Kara was great. Gutters were supposed to be installed on 9/21/26. Installer gave excuse after excuse on why my gutters were still laying in my yard on 10/2/26. Josh, an installer from Nebraska called me the evening of 10/2/26 and promised to be here on 10/3 first thing in the morning. Josh kept his promise and was at my home at 8am. He and his helper did an amazing job and got our gutters and down spouts installed that day. Josh and his helper were amazing but it's pretty sad that the guy that lives in Missouri, only 20 miles from me, so he claimed, never showed after promising numerous times. Maybe Missouri should find better installers.

Fantastic product

All of the above exceeded my expectations. The was recently tested with a rainstorm anx my new Leafguard gutters performed extremely well.

Because the Leafguard gutters are completely maintenance free

The cost and the prices that they charge was tomuch. Charged $300 for the same thing i could have bought for $40

If anyone ever asks me about gutters, I'm likely to recommend these. But it's not exactly something brought up often in conversation. Not sure how often I will be promoting them.

I like the design of the gutter. The use of water tension makes sense to me.

This is the third house that has needed new gutters and this is the third time we have chosen LeafGuard. Our previous two experiences were fantastic and we are counting on this one being just as good. Excited for the next rain storm to see how these bad boys perform.

Because of my schedule, the actual work didn’t start until wintertime and questionable weather, so it took a little longer than planned but management and Cole worked with me and everything was finished to my complete satisfaction.

The person who came to sell us on the gutters showed us a downspout with a piece to take out to clean it out. We did not get those downspouts. I called leafguard and a person called me back. I told him the problem and he told me we didn't get those to save us money. Saving money is great, but we should have been informed of that. My mom paid out $12,000 for these gutters and downspouts. I feel like the explanation we got was a quick excuse. So disappointing.

Great looking gutters, seem to function well but are very expensive. Lowering cost would improve value.

Took to long to fix our problem

Leafguard did a great job. The only thing I was concerned about was when they did the gutters because the appointment was canceled twice, and the gutters had been lying in the yard for quite a while. Other than that, they did a great job.

I never ever, ever, have to get on a ladder and clean out my gutters. They look great and we have had some absolute down pours and they keep up.

I would like for Leafguard to complete their contract. They did not uphold their own contract.

The reason I am given a 2-star rating is that I tried to call them back about making some changes and damage done during installation, and now I can't get anyone to return my calls.
