Looks beautiful. Outstanding service

Pretty much a positive experience all around. The thing that I did not like was having to commit to buy the product during the sales presentation. In the past I would have not committed for that reason.

Salesman came out to do an on-site inspection/estimate and worked with me on the price. Very cordial, and professional. The crew comes out the next day and can't do the job because of certain screws they needed. I contact the salesman and GM about why there's a problem with them not having what they need to do the job then get told that all sorts of extra wood work is needed due to the angle/width of my fascia. Why wasn't this noticed during the sales call? Maybe the salesman should have a ladder? On top of that, their crew packs up and leaves trash in my yard and driveway. GM said he was going to send the crew back to pick up the trash, but my wife picked it up. These guys are supposed to be the best of the best, but they leave a lot to be desired. I'll never call on them again and will let others know not to do the same.

My back patio near the back door is flooding. I am awaiting a response to the video I sent.

The gutters and installation look great and add curb appeal to our property as well as the added benefit of not having to periodically clean piles of leaves and debris. We feel these gutters add value to our property.

We had a lot of rain the day after installation. While the downspouts were funneling out a lot of water, on the patio side of our house, the rain was overflowing the new gutters and rushing over them. This never happened with our old gutters

The product is very effective and efficient however even with the discounts the price was still a lot more than we anticipated.

I’m not happy with one of the gutter downspouts and runs and I can’t get a response to help facilitate a fix.

Everyone we dealt with at Leafguard was extremely nice and very professional. The gutters look great and actually add to the curb appeal of our house. It has not rained since the gutters were installed, but I have no reason to doubt that they will function exactly as described.

Everybody like it but they’re very very expensive

They were great. They were very knowledgeable about doing their thing out there and explaining to me how the windows work. It was good, and I would say it was a 10.

There is a problem with the way it the water runs off the roof. In the back. I took pictures but don’t where to send them.

Although very pricey, I am very pleased with the end result. I spent this amount to keep my husband off ladders and roof; the gutters compliment the house color and looks great! This is a new installation and I assume will perform very well in the future.

Very Professional and recommended only the areas that needed the new leaf-guard gutters.

I would not recommend Leafguard of Houston to a friend because they are too expensive.

The work they did was wonderful.

The gutters look great. However, they used black transition pieces on white downspout connects to the drain lines and left supports from the old system in the flower beds.

Sales person did not explain down spout drain defenders for me to know they would not work for us since we are not able to clean for six months so had to have them removed and we were billed for that and the drain defenders are expensive that we are stuck with. Overall Leaf guard is very expensive and the price negotiation is rather ridiculous.
