I thought the product design was the best on the market.

You did not disappoint. It has not been raining since the installation and while it looks attractive, it is premature for me to judge its functioning.

Installers were very professional and courteous. They were incomplete in their cleanup, having left four support, brackets, ie.small aluminum pieces, and specialized screws that they brought to the job on the ground. They said they did a magnetic sweep twice, but apparently they did not see these. I know the aluminum parts are not magnetic. Perhaps it should be a better way of collecting these parts when removing the gutter. As for the screws, anyone can drop one, but you know when you do and you should pick it up when you move the ladder.

The "selling process" was to long . And the calling into the supervisor is a bit much but overall the process was uneventful. Once the gutters are up the workers are extremely fast and reliable . It was great to just get it all done.

The men were courteous and asked questions before starting. The only problem I witnessed was they need a drop cloth under there cutting of aluminum as I have a small dog like a lot of people and I found more metal pieces around then the roof guys left just a suggestion otherwise I had no issues
