Sales rep showed all the advantages of the product, its life time warranty,etc.. The two installers went out of there way to explain the benefits of the gutters. Very satisfied would not hesitate to recommend your gutters.

I still have a couple of serious leaks. They have been here twice and still have not fixed the issue.

Good gutters are an investment in the health of your house. LeafGuard makes good gutters.

They are very pricey, and we had a hard time getting callbacks. It was missing something that were on the order, and then they did not show up many times.

They did a poor job. It took over three weeks to have the system installed when it should have only been a one-day project.

I was told that an extension to my gutter was not in stock but should be so within a week, but I have not heard from anybody. Also, one of the gutters appears to be leaking.

It wasn't related to me how noisy it would be when rain water is traveling down the spouts. And the night I discovered a badly decomposed bat in the downspout inside my garage leading to my cistern was so gross 🤮. I'm waiting for warmer weather to remind Derek to send his crew to fix the leaks inside and outside of my garage . After they were installed I received info about the ice that would hang over the gutters. I don't like the way the ice falls into my cement in front of my garage doors and makes it slippery and hard to remove.

And I was told if I wasn't completely satisfied that they would come and take it all down, but no one said if I would be left with no gutters at all so I would hesitate to recommend these gutters

The person who did the roof on the porch, he did it, but it was pouring rain outside, and I don't think they should do it in the rain because now it's broken, and they have to do it again.

It’s the best product on the market, expensive but worth it.

I don't even know where to begin. I tried to reach out to the sales agent who sold us this job (Justin Pakatar) but I cannot find him



What Justin presented before selling us sounded too good. He had promised that LeafGuard is a highly moral and an ethical company and that we should not worry about anything. I would love to talk to him about what morals and ethics he was referring to.

Promised 4 skilled technicians to finish up the job on Mon Aug 14 and that the hob will be done in a few hours:

- a young teenager showed up for a couple of hours on Mon and left without notice

- No communications the following day

- both GM and production manager numbers that Justin wrote down on the contract were incorrect - I was wondering if you were for real for sometime

- Finally located GM's number on Tue, but he just brushed it off as a no big deal and he said they will be done the next day

- I went through a lot of pain to change my work schedule so I can be home for the final walk-thru

- Wed goes by with no communications

- Thu, one tech shows up and finally finishes up the work really late. A couple of items such as Drain Tile Adapter & Flex Pipe are missing - tech said they were not included in my order. I remember very clearly Justin mentioning those as part of the scope. Plus, we are noticing nails strewn all over the place around the house. Looks they were just disposed off on the ground while doing the work.

I had to change/cancel my flights multiple times because I could not get hold of you to figure out the installation schedule.

I didn't realize my contractor Claudio had also called LeafFilter for quotes at the same time when he reached out to you (BTW, they have a lot more positive reviews by many organizations vs LeafGuard unlike what Justin told us).

LeafFilter quoted a LOT LESS for the entire project. I really wanted to go with them because of the significantly lesser price and we had the option to cancel the contract with Justin but my wife insisted that we stay with you based on Justin's assurances for a high quality work on a timely basis and she also felt bad to cancel the contract we had signed with Justin.

Not only you guys caused a major disruption to my work schedule for multiple days, you breached your promises with the quality of work.

The gutters are five stars, but they had to install three times before getting them installed correctly.

We had Leaf Guard put on our house and pole barn and we would recommend Leaf Guard and would not hesitate to show off the workmanship and quality.

Prices are very high and icicles still form on gutters in certain situations. Icicles problems were one of the reasons why I purchased Leafguard.

Excellent product, installation experience and, thus far, product performance. Unfortunately, we were left with a bad taste in our mouth after being overcharged (had contract) and unsuccessful in our attempt to resolve this with LeafGuard. Eventually, we disputed the overcharge with our credit card company, who resolved the charges with LeafGuard.

I would like to refer you to the very detailed summary sent with pictures on 10/16/2022 to Pablo Flores identifying the issues with the installation. Since I did not get any response even after calling and leaving messages on his cell phone, I resent the entire package via email to Len Partelow GM of Leafguard of Albany, the sales repr. Dan Chidester and copied Pablo again. Dan was the only one that responded but have not heard anything from anyone else even though I made additional calls to his cell phone.

So far I am not impressed with how it looks.

Authentic professionals rarely seen nowadays!

It took LeafGuard of Albany three times to try and get gutters on my home. I wanted to upgrade and it took three times to get them right.

So far so good. Well made and installed product. Satisfied with the way it resolved a water issue at the front of property wherein water was always pouring down over the old drainage system whenever it rained. Although I did find this product extremely pricey, I am pleased that it handles large volumes of water and drains it where it should go which is downspout (the spouts are much bigger than the old system. Definitely recommend to negotiate the price to your comfort level as there is room for negotiation.
