The splash guards were not provided at installation. They are back ordered. Installer told me to call back on one of the getters not meeting what I wanted. It did not come to the ground line all the rest

Professional!

We replaced an earlier version of Leafguard which tended to overflow in heavy rain. These were tested the next day by 1.5 inches of rain in an hour and no overflow

Sales rep was knowledgeable and pointed out where there might be water overrun - from the roof valleys. First installation team explained what they were doing and why. Second installation team just put it up and I had questions about why it was this way or that way. They answered my questions. One section has almost no horizontal perforated upper protruding beyond the shingles. Sure enough the overrun was substantial. I contacted sales rep on June 10 and sent a photo. He said he’d communicate that to production manager. After not hearing from anyone, I contacted him again on June 23. Quickly the production manager called and we talked. That section needs a splash guard and they would install one. It is now July 29 and nothing has happened.

Very professional and also personable. Both sales and installation excellent. We did not have other estimates due to the demonstration of the benefits of the Leafguard technology. Very reasonable financing was also a plus.

I like the science behind the engineering. The sales person, James, was not pushing the sale, he just explained the practically of the system. By doing that, you can evaluate more clearly the other products on the market; the pros and cons.

Because they didn't replace all the wood that they thought they needed to i know they wasn't $50.00 worth of wood on this house and it's sagging a little in the back and there's no way that I should needed to be paying $14.000 for this project I feel very disappointed and people is asking me about this project because they drive by and look and interested in it until I tell them the truth of what you done. But you are the only ones that can fix this if you want more customers but you got to feel guilty first and I don't think you all going to do that but I guess will see if you do the right thing

They really handle the amount if rain. Then we got snow! Fir the first time ever there are icicles on yhe gutters! Clogged already?

The installation crew made two major changes to the order without approval or discussion with us, the client. My daughter had said she absolutely did not want holes in the stone on the front of the house. They put some in anyway, after telling us they might have to make some adjustments, but no specifics were ever mentioned.. There was supposed to be an additional downspout on the back of the house, but they combined it with another and did not put an extra one in the back. We were never asked for our input or approval or either change. We feel that the crew should have been told by the management not to make major changes without the express approval of the client. We like the LeafGuard gutters, but feel there was a lack of communication all the way around. This is a huge expense and this just left a sour taste over the whole experience.

I wouldn't recommend the service because the prices are too expensive.

They did the job in 2 and a half hours. They did a great job. I am very pleased.

We had to do a lot of extra work because of Rottenwood under the old letters.
