Everything went according to plan and we were well informed along the way.

They were easy to work with. They completed the project on time and cleaned up the yard. We also had some work done inside. They covered everything and left it in good condition when they left.

Quality of service and service

Once project started, communication in English became a bit of a problem.
Also, a little more communication at the start of the project over "what could possibly happen along the way," could have better prepared me for the extra costs at the end of the project. We ended up having all sheathing replaced instead of the 18-or 20 planned for, and also had a totally new venting system installed.

Completed the job by the date stated in contract and completed the job start to finish in 7 hours.

Excellent people to work with.

Outside of weather issues, the roofing project started on time with agreed requirements and finished in a timely manner. They also resolved a cosmetic roofing issue that wasn't specified in the contract.
