I enjoyed the customer service the representative gave when she came to our house. She was able to talk us through a lot of things. Klick kept great contact and updated us through text and emails in working with Pacific Power to do their part. The installation crew was amazing, and the way Klick Solar worked with the power company on the permits was awesome.

The project too 6 months, yet we were quoted about 3 months. Smith 5 electric placed electrical panels and conduits in full view of the street, without seeking our input prior to installation. Also, post installation, there were issues which needed to be resolved. A downspout needed to be replaced and a cutoff switch did not meet the Energy Trust of Oregon standard.
