No, our project was a complete nightmare that caused us more stress, anxiety and mess than we signed up for. So no I will not recommend Oaks to anyone.

Our project manager was really bad. Our designer left for another job just before our project started. Huge lack of communication ensued.

The experience was professional from start to finish. From the initial consultations though the final in installations, the whole process was extremely well done

We quickly felt we needed to act as our own project manager. Communication between work crews was dismal. Contractor work was not checked thoroughly by in-person confirmation that work was completed satisfactorily & was ready for the next step. Multiple times, work pressed on and later needed to be undone to rectify previously unfinished work. Including highly unsafe electrical work that was left to the homeowners to discover weeks later. Poor quality wood was installed in one feature, and instead of replacement, has been repainted twice, still unsatisfactorily. Heartbroken to have paid so much to have an eyesore in the marred new wood feature & new dings in our wood floors accompanying what was almost a great project. We regrettably cannot recommend this experience to others.

I would recommend Kitchens by Oaks to anyone ready to work with a professional who will provide high-quality work. We feel we got a larger return on our investment than we were expecting. I would highly recommend to someone looking for home repairs or renovations.

We have used the Oaks “umbrella” company for many projects around the home! Trust them to stand behind their work and take pride in the final outcome whether it is patio design with a total rip out, roofing again total rip off with new gutters, soffits and fascia, baths remodeling with a gut job also..Wouldn’t go any where else!

Everyone I dealt with in the company was extremely pleasant and professional. Any problems or questions were handled and resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. The project was finished pretty much on time. There was a small hiccup on a product that was delivered and it took a couple of days to remedy but once that was resolved everything went smoothly. If I know of anyone who is considering doing any home improvement I will definitely recommend them to Kitchens by Oaks.

I have concerns about how they communicate the status of a project. Also getting them to remove supplies that are not needed.
