Overall, I’m happy with the work done on my roof. The roofing crew was great — efficient, hardworking, and they did quality work. The screen guys were also excellent and very professional.

The biggest issue during the project was communication and organization. There seemed to be a lot of confusion between me, the gutter crew, and Gina coordinating everything, which made parts of the process more stressful than they needed to be. The gutter guys themselves were okay, but the communication side could definitely have been handled better.

That said, the finished roof looks great, and I appreciate the effort the crews put in.

We had to have two roofs in less than a year due to multiple hail storms. Mike was great to work with and felt more like family than a job he was working on.

Kihle Roofing did what they said they would do and beyond. It's nice to not have to constantly have to put up with a non-compliant contractor. Mike and Levi were great to deal with.

After having 3 other roofing companies out, plus our insurance company and an engineer, Kihle Roofing was the only one to recognize that we had a shingle defect. Kihle helped us worked with the manufacturer to get the roof replaced and was great to work with the entire time. I will definitely use Kihle in the future and recommend them to others.

The apparent quality of the job. I an't get up on the roof and look at it all cloesly, but from the ground it looks good and hasn't had any leaks that I have found.

They were constantly working and cleaning up the mess. They showed up when the said and let me know if there would be delays (like for weather). Yes I would use them again!

They worked with me to get insurance approval and the actual install crew was fast and cleaned up well.

They had to come back 3 times to get the garage doors done properly. Twice the supervisor had to come and bring the workers back. That should never happen.

From the beginning I was treated like family and that held true even after the Orkney was completed. You can't find a better contractor to work with - from communication to quality work - Kihle exceeded all of our expectations!

Some of my below feedback mentions minor damage that happened during the work. Had several shrubs completely mutilated and large branches broken off of trees. I realize that there is no chance of coming out unscathed from a roofing project but I was a bit disappointed. I think this is a great company but maybe with some careless workers.
