Your company went above and beyond working with our insurance company, which was honestly a nightmare to deal with. Adam was very honest, start to finish, and kept us updated on everything during all parts of the process.

KFX performed exceptionally well with all aspects of the job. From the initial inspection through final walk through, they provided detailed info about what would happen when and answered all my questions along the way. Tyler and Ben were around throughout the installation and the whole crew were professional, courteous, diligent, and clearly knew what they were doing (they’re kind of amazing to watch). They took great care to clean up afterwards knowing we were concerned about nails and debris in the yard where our dog plays, and even went above and beyond on an extra vent flashing task I needed. We’re very pleased with how sharp our house looks now, and are very happy to be perfectly dry now!
