I hired Kevin Schmidt Siding and Insulation, Inc. to install a new roof because of ice damming issues in a corner at the rear of the house where the existing structure and addition connect and because of poorly installed siding by another contractor. The existing roof needed to be extended to an acceptable distance past the siding for proper runoff. Kevin Schmidt Siding and Insulation, Inc. made it happen! I had the opportunity to work with Claire who coordinated the entire process. Matt came out to discuss and assess the issues with the existing roof and was proactive and able to provide a solution, all with a cost-effective estimate. It wasn’t long and the team arrived and went straight to work. Tim and Adam are two professionals that work extremely well together. Their experience and knowledge of the job was comforting. Every morning upon their arrival, I was informed of the previous day's work and the work that was to be performed that day. It was seamless! They made me aware throughout the duration of the project of several serious underlying issues from the previously installed roof and siding and made all the necessary corrections; and took great care in tidying up at the end of every day. Tim came to the house for an end of project follow-up in which I expressed the quality, experience and professionalism of this company. I would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone!

I received a flyer in the mail from Kevin Schmitt Siding and Insulation Inc. and decided to get a quote from them to repair my exterior siding and trim on my home and install siding on my newly renovated garage. Matt came out and met with me when he said he would. This is very important to point out, because from start to finish, Matt did exactly what he said he would do. Integrity is very important in the contracting business. After all the work was done in a very timely fashion, I inspected all the work when it was complete. I walked around my home and garage looking for something that I was disappointed with, only because I have very high expectations when hiring someone to perform work for me. I couldn't find one thing that didn't meet or exceed my expectations. Hats off to Matt and his very professional crew. These guys all work very hard as a team, and will not disappoint you. I would highly recommend you give them a chance to do the same on your next project. To the owner - you have a top tier project manager/installer in Matt and he has a very highly skilled crew that respects him and performs at a high level. There were no hidden additional charges, work was performed above my expectations and I am happy I made the choice to use your company on my project.
