communication- The sale was done September 20th and then silence. Except from the Green Sky- in October they charged my account most of the contract price. I called a number the salesmen gave me and heard nothing. I talked with Jake, sales and he was trying to figure out the time line but did not have any answers. I then started received a payment due notice from Green Sky. I was having to start paying for a shower that did not even have a installation date.

Every step of the way was handled with professionalism, quick responses, and high quality craftsmanship.

The windows are very nice, can tell the difference in the temperature in my house when the windows were just put in, even before any insulation was put around them. Very nice looking windows also.

The size of the shower is larger than most and they were willing to take on the project with enthusiasm. Although there were a few hiccups in the original design due the size, we were able to come up with a solution and the shower is everything I hoped for.

It looks very nice but as time goes by I’m finding issues.

This process cost me almost $27,000. The result was I did not get what was promised me. The door leaks water all over the floor outside the shower. The last person to work here said it was the way it was designed to work and could not and would not fix it. As for not getting what I wanted and was promised in the contract, the stainless steel 36 inch recessed shelf that I was promised and was in the contract was not provided. What I got was 2 12 inch shelves recessed made of the same material as the shower walls. The project manager decided all I was afforded for this breach of contract was a $450 compensation. Even though the person I had contract with in Billings, Montana said he would have given me nearly $2000 as compensation. Obviously the project manager was more interested in the money than the quality of work or the contract that we agreed to. This was the worst experience I have ever entered into and I would never do it again.

Installer was awesome! Paid a lot for windows that don’t work! Side windows won’t stay up? One screen has holes in it? Plus one of the seals on the inside of the window isn’t flush? It’s nice to see a defective window that I just paid for! It’s like buying a brand new car with a rock chip in the windshield!

Good Product, the end result is better that I expected. the Contractor that did the work was Top Notch, he paid attention to detail and did an impressive job putting up the siding. If I could name request him (Isack) for future projects I definitely would!!
