Great presenting and staying in contact on rood. However, replacing pieces of siding was also part of the package. Roof was completed without an issue other than normal delays however, that was completed in August. It is now November and after multiple attempts to get estimates on when siding can be completed we still have nothing done. I recommended JP Roofing to a couple people who had roof and siding, most of which had full siding replacements. I have seen multiple roofing and siding jobs completed since our roof and we have yet to get the siding pieces replaced. I wish we could do full siding on our house but due to insurance issues we were only able to afford to replace broken pieces. This was already a crappy situation and now fighting to get the job finished because it's a $600 piece replacement and not a full house replacement is the only reason I can see why the siding still isn't done. We have had a couple different dates sent to us and none have followed through or even made contact with us when told it would be completed the following week. Zero updates and I'm tired of reaching out over and over again and getting no where to fix the few pieces of siding.

Edgar was very pleasant and knowledgeable in explaining his roofing products and process of project completion. Every step of the process was communicated as promised. Initial anticipated date of installation was moved up by 2 weeks when actually scheduled despite the large volume of roofs needing replaced due to a large hail storm, then moved up again by another week when weather permitted an earlier installation. All questions and concerns were discussed and addressed in our meeting.
