I got 5 bids. JD Jones Roof Crafter checked all the boxes for a fair price.

They did marvelous work with my senior citazens parents.

What's not to like. They showed up on time and worked within the scheduled time doing more than anticipated in preparing the roof. I would highly recommend JD Jones Roof Crafter!

Very good company. They have a “Say what we do. Do what we say.” attitude. Always on time and great communication with everyone.

Job was done quickly and well managed. Great crew!

Thorough service, good price, excellent workmanship.

Did a great job, very easy to work with.

Excellent customer service, and prompt/professional execution.

JD Jones Roof Crafter Inc. was the easiest and best construction company that I have dealt with. They did what they said they would do. They are a wonderful company.

Great job as always !

Jeanie and Nicole from the office were the best to work with a real helpful bunch ! Thanks !

You can't go wrong with J.D. Jones. I don't like dealing with people I don't know. It's hard to find a contractor that's trustworthy. From the EST to the final product was a great experience. To bad they only do roofs. Dave and Jeannie were great to interact with throughout the process, the work crews work really hard and have a great since of humor. The clean up every day was surprisingly good. I'm a very happy customer

JD Jones Roof Crafter has been my "go to roofer" for myself and my real estate clients for over 20 years. Jeanie, Dave, Rod and the rest of the crew are always professional, polite, respectful of others' time and finances and I will continue to recommend them to anyone I can.Thank you all for the great beautiful job you did on my roof.Linda M. Roof was completed on 03-23-2022, approximately six weeks ago. Thus far, I have absolutely no complaints about materials or workmanship. Problems are not anticipated. I am hoping for many years of service.

JD Jones Roof Crafter did a professional job. We are very pleased with what they did. Anything that we thought there might've been an issue with, was taken care of immediately.

I would highly recommend! Excellent quality and workmanship.

Their communication was poor. It didn't even exist unless we called. We finally, after months of waiting got an install date. They didn't show up. We knew that it would take some time but they never communicated with us. When we called and got a start date, they never showed up nor called. We had to call again. The demo team showed up and did a great job. Not sure though if a lot of the debri was from demo or installers or both. We are still picking up nails and other debris. When the job was complete, they just left. Didn't hear from anybody. After about a week, we had to call once again because they weren't complete. There was a lot of debris left and an ornament that was on the roof, was still sitting on the porch. The roof looks great.

Great Job Roof Crafters! Thank you for everything. I've already referred youguys to my neighbor and a couple of coworkers.
