It was important to me that I could find my own roofing company rather than someone who knocked on my door. I saw Janney Roofing’s name recommended several times on different Central Florida subreddits. From my first meeting with Rob Norton, I knew the company was a class act and that I was in good hands with Rob. He was kind, personable, not pushy at all, and seemed committed to helping us get a new roof rather than just trying to make a sale.

Janney clearly has a strongly established internal process from the way they moved our account through their departments as we progressed through our roofing project. I was impressed with the amount and professionalism of communication, the ease of working with everyone on the team, and their handling of our insurance claim. They made a daunting process perfectly straightforward.

We love our new roof and the workmanship that went into it! It has completely transformed our house. The new gutters are beautiful too and have sensibly placed downspout locations.

I think Janney Roofing LLC did a good job. I didn't go up there to see it, but they left everything really clean, and the roof looks amazing.

The process was well communicated, receptive and quick to answer any questions. Respectful crew on the day of the install and did come back when asked to clean up some errands nails around the property.

I'm conflicted here. Janney was fantastic in their patience as shortly after signing the contract I lost my job, and they were willing to delay the project the 8 months it took me to get reemployed. Then the subcontractor hired to removed and reinstall my solar panels took *months* to get them reinstalled. They left debris all over my yard. The panels are now on the roof with months of accumulated dirt from sitting on the ground because the contractors did not clean them and I'm on the hook to find someone who can climb up to the second story to do the cleaning work to restore the panels' output. The work Janney themselves did was fine, and I greatly appreciate delaying the job the way they did, but the choice of subcontractor made the overall experience painful. I'd recommend Janney to anyone who doesn't have solar.
