I would definitely recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. They were very good and very quick. They told me they thought it was going to take them 3 days to complete the job. I didn't know how they were going to get it done in 3 days, and they got it done in 2 days. Everything was complete to my satisfaction.

Only one man was sent and it took 2 days instead of one. The installer was great and stayed late to get finished on the 2nd day. We thought it would just be a one day project. We were very happy with the shower conversion, the sales person and the installer. However we thought it was very expensive. We would be willing to redo our other just shower with Jacuzzi but the cost would have to be less.

The open and transparent communication regarding cost timeline for project completion. The attention to detail by the installer as well as the overdight of the project. I was really pleased by the sales representative, who stayed true to our vision for the updated space (bathroom shower) but kept affordability out in pkain sight for us.

false advertizing. Shower pan floor not nonslip

A lack of information came from the sales representative. They did not tell me there was a deeper tub available. I'm 6' 7", and she saw I was very tall. Had I known there was a size larger than what I got, I would have preferred the largest they had.

The new shower does not work and getting Jacuzzi to fix it has gone nowhere.

They did a very good job; we are enjoying it, and it was a great improvement for our home.

The contractors came out and began the demo and did a great job, but when it was time to install the shower floor, it was the wrong one. The drain was on the wrong side, so they had to stop. Day 2, the floor didn't get to the house until around 11:00am, so they were only able to place it and run the water lines. Then, when it was time for the shelves, we didn't receive the correct amount of shelves and were missing the foot bar; instead they sent 2 grab bars which we didn't order. Bottom line, they weren't able to finish until around 5:00pm the 3rd day.

Good presentation by salesman; followup communications good in setting up installation.

Everybody was very professional. They knew what they were doing, and they completed the whole installation in one day. They stayed a long time, but they did everything very neatly, very professionally, and they were very nice.
