Shower door needs to be fixed. There’s a gap & the seal is on backwards. Installer (Sebastian)was supposed to fix this on 10/17, but he didn’t show up or answer my texts or phone calls. I also called & texted his manager (Gustavo) & got no response. Overall service from local Jacuzzi people was disappointing on the last day they were here.

I live in a very remote area, if I lived in a bigger city I think I would have had a different experience

I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone I know.

They did everything they promised. Very professional, very reliable.

The crew was nice, I'd give them a 10.

The shower demo & install went great. The workers left broken concrete on the patio then they swept it on to the grass

I just wish they had finished off the floor for me.

I am very pleased with the way the workers worked. They got the job done and it's nice. I only had one complaint, which is about a shower rod, but hopefully somebody will call me on that.

I thought they were very efficient. It only took one day to complete my tub to shower conversion. They left everything as it was when they got here. There was no mess.
