There are several problems with the shower. The shelf is falling off, the caulking is separating. The shower door is missing some splash guards. The shower head and handle for water are not centered. There is a slight bow in the wall. I had it installed last week and I haven't used it. Waiting for some from Service to call me

They do not do what they say they will do. You sign a contract to have something done, and they do not do it. That leaves a bad taste in your mouth. They did not do what they said they would do for me, so I cannot recommend them to anyone else. They did not do what they said they would do. I am very frustrated.

I am real satisfied with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. The advertisements on the television shows that they have a seat to sit on. I didn't get a seat, but I called last week or so. They said that it would be extra. I am not dissatisfied, but I saw the advertisement on the television which shows a seat on the new Jacuzzi setup. I love it and have been using it, but it would've cost me extra money. I wasn't willing to spend any extra money.
