The installers, Cameron M., and John W., did a very good job. Worked quickly, and effciently. They seemed very experienced.

Many untruths about the products from the salesman. He was very pushy and also kinda rude. Got mad when we said that we had to think about it.

There are several problems with the shower. The shelf is falling off, the caulking is separating. The shower door is missing some splash guards. The shower head and handle for water are not centered. There is a slight bow in the wall. I had it installed last week and I haven't used it. Waiting for some from Service to call me

They do not do what they say they will do. You sign a contract to have something done, and they do not do it. That leaves a bad taste in your mouth. They did not do what they said they would do for me, so I cannot recommend them to anyone else. They did not do what they said they would do. I am very frustrated.

Had one lady stop and asked about the work they was doing it she then asked for jacuzzis number

I am real satisfied with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. The advertisements on the television shows that they have a seat to sit on. I didn't get a seat, but I called last week or so. They said that it would be extra. I am not dissatisfied, but I saw the advertisement on the television which shows a seat on the new Jacuzzi setup. I love it and have been using it, but it would've cost me extra money. I wasn't willing to spend any extra money.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did a wonderful job. I would tell anybody to get Jacuzzi Bath Remodel's products. I think the names of the people we worked with were Mark and Steve.
