Ironhead roofing was excellent from start to finish. Meeting their agent, scheduling in an excellent timeframe, communication from the team, cleaning up after themselves, and of course quality of workmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, and my neighbors are also impressed with the speed and workmanship of the crew.

I was very well please with the work and the time it took so yes I would gladly tell anyone who I know who needs a new roof.

I work nights. I was given a specific date for the project to start. The projected start date was on a day I work. I took the night off from work so that I wouldn't have to try sleeping through the day and through a loud roofing project. I stayed at home in anticipation of the start date, but waited over two hours without anyone showing up. I called in and found out that there was an equipment malfunction. I was told that they called me, but I did not receive any call. Communication is everything. Overall, they made a new start date for the next week. Although the materials were dropped off in the morning, the crew was late to start that day as well. But, I did receive good communication from Bailey after the original equipment malfunction. I wasn't angry or upset. I know things happen. But, I was inconvenienced and had to burn a vacation day that ultimately did not have to be taken. Communication on the front end of that would have allowed me to go to work and keep 10 hours of vacation time.

The job started and finished on time. The crew was outstanding.

There was some damage to the interior wall due to a saw cutting all the way through from the outside. There were also a few issues with the crew leaving food garbage in the yard and leaving gates open which created safety issues for our dogs. Communication about this was great, though, and Ironhead made sure the damage was promptly repaired.

Sean was great to work with, answered all my questions and concerns. I’ve hired Ironhead twice now and would again.
