I was impressed with this entire process. From the time of the quote thru installation. They were at my home and ready to work exactly when they said they would be. They took extra care to protect my surrounding flower beds and other things that could not be moved. I also had quick responses to some of my questions from Braydon as well as the crew manager. Very impressed with this company and will continue to refer friends and family to IWC. Each step of the process was so easy with no hassle or problems and total communication and transparency. Great work! I was so impressed they did all the work in 1 day!

I already have recommended to 4 friends. Professional; great customer service; planned ahead of time to drop off dumpster and roofing materials day before; arranged take down and replacement of solar panels; finished entire roof in ONE day.

Of the contractors that I spoke with, IWC was the most reasonably priced and very detailed about how they would address my concerns. Then, they followed through!

Their crew qorked hard, had to deal with a couple inches of snow. They did a great job of following my directions on removing 3 old powered roof vents and install a new top of the ridge venting system. They cleaned up the old shingles they removed and used magnets to pick up nails out of the lawn and gardens. All completes by 5pm that afternoon.

If someone is looking for the best price and job done quickly, I will send them your way. I think there are some quality issues with installation and communication for scheduling seems arbitrary. These give me reason to pause before recommending.

They were easy to work with. They were able to schedule me in a timely manner. The crew was able to get my roof done in the time they told me they would finish it. They did a great removal and clean up job and were respectful of my property.

I was disappointed in your company not taking responsibility for damage caused to the fireplace chimney siding. It was torn on the corners when the under coat layer was installed. When I brought it up the attitude was - oh well, it happens, we don’t / won’t fix that.
