We love our new shower! The whole process from the sales call to the installation was professional and most importantly they were here when they said they would be!

I contacted Mad City to remodel my shower due to a leak that ran through the floor into my dining room ceiling. I didn’t use the shower for 3 days even though they said to not use it for 48 hours.
When I used the shower I noticed water outside the shower on my floor. I contacted them to get it fixed and they said they would call me within 2 days. I have not received any response yet and I have spent way too much money to have the same problem.
I will contact them again today and I expect them to get this issue fixed

Great service from start to finish. Quality windows and craftsmanship! Our home has struggled all winter to stay warm. Since we got our new windows my furnace is no longer running all day. Glad we invested in a company who takes pride in their product! My house also looks brand new. Curb appeal is up.80%.

I liked the variety of options for my tub, tile, and fixtures.

Your service is horrible. Put in request Wednesday 2/25, waited 48 hours no response. Called Field manager on Friday and he put in service request. He said he would call me on Monday. No call so I called him. Said he would check status and call back. No call. Finally heard from service today and they can't get to it until this Friday. I will be the 1st appointment around 9-9:30. We'll see.
Week 1/2 for service on a new install is a bit much

The shower installer Dewisth did a 10+ job on installing the shower over 2 and a half days, however the Mad City sales experience was not what we expected.

They were on time and on task.

Let me know step by step what they needed to do before they would start. No hidden crap ,I appreciated that.

I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

Love the warranty, it was such a fast turnaround, you were 6-8 was ahead of schedule.. worked out great..Our reason for the walk in our sister is moving in with us and is having knee replacement surgery March 3rd. WE are Soo satisfied!! Also love the easy clean!! THANK YOU SO MUCH 😊🐾🧡🙏
