It took too long to get a quote for my son when he needed insurance. Multiple people involved and no one got me the quote and had to ask at least 3 times. Otherwise it has been good service.

I'm not disappointed, I've only been with your company 1 month and nothing has happened for me to determine if you are a company that will be there for me when something goes wrong.

You didn't do anything wrong, other than send too many emails. But, I'm over 70 years old, and no one has ever asked me what companies I purchase insurance from, or asked me to recommend an insurance company. Therefore, it is extremely unlikely that anyone is going to ask me those questions. Consequently I probably will never be recommending your company to anyone. Not because there is anything wrong with your company, but simply because no one is going to ask me.

You raised my insurance about $100 more and I don't think that's right I have two vehicles listed with you plus my home is insured with your company too I guess that doesn't matter as long as you can make more money

I believe one return call would have answered all my questions and finalized my policy change in a day. Instead it took over a week after 3 phone calls (2 unanswered leaving vm’s) and 2 emails because all I received were emails in return that didn’t answer all my questions. I finally called my credit union to ensure they received my proof of insurance and that it met their requirements.
