Very disappointed with the homeowners insurance we ended up with. We filed a claim for hail damage to the roof. They sent out someone to take pictures of the "damage". That is all, just to take pictures. After 3-4 weeks, we heard back from a desk adjuster who said that what he saw in the photographs was normal wear and tear and that we had not done good maintenance on our roof. I have never heard of doing maintenance on a roof if you are not having issues with it. In the meantime, we discovered that when our homeowner's insurance renewed, the insurance company had reduced the hail and wind damage coverage on our roof from 100% down to 20-25%. I had changed companies a year ago due to this issue with our old insurance company. At least the old insurance company actually notified us about the change and didn't just sneak a paper into the package of papers they sent. I am thinking that the homeowner's insurance that we ended up with is a cut rate company. I made it clear to the insurance company that I wanted everything covered and now I am finding out that we don't have the kind of coverage that I thought we had.

So far the service I have received has been good, I'm confident I'm getting a good deal. My biggest compliant is I basically have no idea who I should talk to about policy changes. It seems like every time I reach out for service I end up working with a different person. This is fine generally, obviously one person can't do everything, but if someone were to ask me "who is your agent you work with" I honestly don't know how I would answer them.

It took too long to get a quote for my son when he needed insurance. Multiple people involved and no one got me the quote and had to ask at least 3 times. Otherwise it has been good service.

I'm not disappointed, I've only been with your company 1 month and nothing has happened for me to determine if you are a company that will be there for me when something goes wrong.

You didn't do anything wrong, other than send too many emails. But, I'm over 70 years old, and no one has ever asked me what companies I purchase insurance from, or asked me to recommend an insurance company. Therefore, it is extremely unlikely that anyone is going to ask me those questions. Consequently I probably will never be recommending your company to anyone. Not because there is anything wrong with your company, but simply because no one is going to ask me.

You raised my insurance about $100 more and I don't think that's right I have two vehicles listed with you plus my home is insured with your company too I guess that doesn't matter as long as you can make more money

I believe one return call would have answered all my questions and finalized my policy change in a day.
