When I need to get ahold of an agent to make changes it is difficult. There are so many different phone numbers and seldom the one I need listed. I also cannot use the website. It never recognizes me. The auto emergency care assistance is the worst I've ever had.

Lower rates but you did pretty well...

An automated message took my credit card number without ever anyone to ask questions or talk to. Then she preparing, you tell me someone will be in touch in 24 hours. Except, they never were. I don't like that I still have a broken dishwasher, have yet to talk to anyone, don't get to have an option on who repairs it, and am already out the money without anything to show for it. So impersonal and not at all what I expected. It feels like a rip off.

I have enjoyed a great relationship with Tim Stevenson - he is very knowledgeable, quick to get back to me on questions and I've enjoyed working with him. He is the only reason it is a 5 versus a lower number because for me, communication has not been good with other staff. Recently I wanted to obtain quotes for homeowners coverage that included underground utilities as I live in an older home in an older neighborhood and could not get that coverage with my current provider, Nationwide. I called Kim Veronikas and left a message 2x but did not receive a call back from her. I did receive a couple calls and an email from Brianna Tone. She had emailed a quote from Travelers but when we actually talked, due to lack of my availability, too much time had passed and she said Travelers would no longer be an option. She rarely answered when I called, we left each other messages so communication was not great. I called again when a week went by with no quote and we did talk. I did receive a call from someone else who said they were working on getting a quote for me( Brianna linked them in) but another week later, I've received no information. I called a couple local insurance companies and was pleased to get immediate feedback and quotes on what options were available. I chose another provider myself - I feel communication is important when it comes to insurance. I did call Brianna and Kim and left a message with each that I was ending our homeowner's and auto policies with Nationwide as of today. Sandy Wacker & Jeff Stout

You called multiple times and bothered me while sleeping. You act like used car sales people by relentlessly up-selling and trying to force your services. You somewhat speak English but have little comprehension of it. Thus, you frustrate the **** out of me by having to repeat myself and you not answering my questions because you don’t properly understand the question. My time is worth something and I don’t want to waste it on such ridiculous things. I was told to put an order in online because it’s well known that your ability to be effective on the phone is terrible.
