My first phone call dropped and wasn't returned by Shannon. I requested new quotes and I was promised several times to receive them quickly, but I didn't receive anything for about a week. A lot of unnecessary emails went back and forth and a lot of my time was wasted.

At renewal time, my insurance company informed me that they would be raising my homeowners insurance by an outrageous amount, even though I had never filed a claim.
