Karen Hallberg has been invaluable in locating a credible carrier for both home and auto insurance at a lesser premium than our previous carrier. She has been extremely responsive and attentive to the matters involved in switching as well.

Premiums have gone up astronomically in just over 2 years. No explanation or heads up. So disappointed. I know everything is more expensive but receiving a renewal with no explanation of the significant increase is disappointing to say the least.

Prompt response

There appears to be no coordination between the local agent and home office. Multiple requests from insurance companies for additional documents already provided. Policies in effect on dec 1, received request via email to complete documentation for application dec 19.

Hard to get a clear answer from people. I called yesterday to try to speak with a claim to representative about a broken windshield from a rock and was transferred to the wrong person I had to call twice and was still not happy with the abrupt way I was treated.
