I didn’t have a good experience trying to get an insurance binder from my existing policy to refinance my home. I was trying to get it done before the end of the year and communicated that to the agents. It took a full week and several calls and emails to get the binder. The delay made it impossible for me to close before the end of the year.

The home inspection process was a nightmare. First an inspector scheduled an appoingment from another region for a home with our street address but in a different town. Then when our home was finally inspected all of our info was wrong that came back from the inspectors report from the date our house was built to the square feet. I had to do research and take time to get proof of the correct info from the assessors website. Then there was a lot of hassle about the age of our hvac and requests for documentation we did not have. It was very stressful and unprofessional.
