Had some problems with payment but it was resolved.

Love our shower, but not happy with the promises of the Costco gift card and Vacation package...have not heard about either and have reached out twice to MaxHomes with no resolution.

The customer service provided by the office and the polite and pleasant approach the service person presented in working to complete his work. The shower and items that complement the shower installation are very. I do feel that a QC Team would be an added value. The team would just follow up on the installation to assure the job is successfully completed to potentially avoid return visits in a short amount of time.

The sales representative who visited the home and took measurements was excellent, but the measurements of the pan size were mistaken. This mistake was quickly discovered by the installers and a new pan arrived with little loss of installation time.
