a “virtual” agent isn’t for me. As a new customer with several policies I would have liked an in person meeting.
Transactions have been clerical, with little or no overall risk management by agent.
EXAMPLE:No discussion of UM/UIM stacking on auto and/or umbrella.
Agent is tinely in responding, but that is not enough.

Processing unit is fune, no issues

They are always responsive and have consistently gotten me the more reasonable priced policies with favorable terms each year.

The way they were able to refund the work done on my refrigerator

I wasn't aware that the agent who handled my policies was on extended leave. Made it confusing when I needed help with my claim. Wasn't sure who I should contact.

I have not been well taken care of.

Great staff

Karen Hallberg has been invaluable in locating a credible carrier for both home and auto insurance at a lesser premium than our previous carrier. She has been extremely responsive and attentive to the matters involved in switching as well.

We have had a great experience dealing with Home Services with our insurance needs. Michelle Parkman our agent has been awesome in going above and beyond to assist us. We've been blessed to have connected with her and her support staff. Thank you!

Kelli (rep) and Kelly (admin) took the time with us to determine what our best options were for our new home coverage, in addition to a much better priced plan for our vehicles.

They saved us not only in premium costs, but also saved us the frustration of shopping around for the coverage we needed as well as coordinating everything to become active on the new home closing date.

Thank you both for paying such close attention to our needs and addressing our questions immediately! We will forever be grateful and both deserve recognition for going above and beyond your typical insurance service providers. Great job!

The Jordans

Michelle was great. Above and beyond. Prices at State Farm are half for similar coverage. Refunds get mailed to address unknown?

Pricing wasn’t competitive and slow to respond

Not clear on who to contact for what or when to not contact HSI vs my insurance carrier.

Personal servixe

Every time I have reached out to HomeServices I am greeted professionally and my needs are met with care and a friendly manner

I don’t feel they do much to find better rates for me.

Michelle Parkman responded quickly and addressed every single concern/question I had

The prompt and detailed responses from Michelle Parkman were a pleasant surprise. So many companies choose automated response platforms or call centers where no one is trained or qualified to assist. I appreciate the personal attention and having a direct person to contact. Michelle did the research and delivered us the best product for both our home and automobiles. I hope the renewal process is as simple and competitive.

knowledgeable and timely with responses

Great Service!

They failed to give me a better rate. Didn’t give me a call even after I scheduled for one. Good bye to you

we are current;y stuggling with your company which is also mine! I am an agent with BHHS GA Properties. Today, I am regretfully changing insurance on 6 policies based on we think is unfit practices for the customer service we want to have and we provide.

Bruce and team do a great job!!

Premiums have gone up astronomically in just over 2 years. No explanation or heads up. So disappointed. I know everything is more expensive but receiving a renewal with no explanation of the significant increase is disappointing to say the least.

Prompt response

There appears to be no coordination between the local agent and home office. Multiple requests from insurance companies for additional documents already provided. Policies in effect on dec 1, received request via email to complete documentation for application dec 19.

Reasonable insurance coverage in comparison to others

Good

Prompt, accurate, and personal.

I did get a follow-up call today. I appreciate that. We'll just see how everything goes when my homeowners insurance renewal comes up in April. Thank you.

Hard to get a clear answer from people. I called yesterday to try to speak with a claim to representative about a broken windshield from a rock and was transferred to the wrong person I had to call twice and was still not happy with the abrupt way I was treated.

Efficient

Megan the best!!!!

Really appreciated everything ... we had some back and forth and finally ended up with the insurance that was the best fit. Having said that, think there was an opportunity or 2 for agent to "fight" harder for us, maybe minimizing the amout of back and forth. In the end it was the luck of the draw that she got a different underwriter on the phone that last time and they finally approved us when previous underwriter was asking for more. Overall very happy though!

I was not contacted prior to my renewal this year.

The process was smooth.

Competitive services

Quick service and always available to answer any questions

They try to find me the best policy and coverage for the best price.

I asked for my policies to be reviewed years ago and I haven’t heard back from anyone!!!

Simple and easy.

Engagement on issues.

Insurance went up

It is very convenient to have somebody else handle all the nonsense involved with finding and choosing an insurance plan.

I never get a call back! I email, then I don’t get a call back. I call and leave a message, and I don’t get a call back. I like my agent, but I don’t ever hear from him

Thank You for everything and all your help

HomeServices Insurance got me the lowest quote for my new home. They then made the onboarding process very easy and smooth. I'm very satisfied with their services and would highly recommend them.

The rates and coverage on the new quote was 100% better. The service was very efficient.

I installed an ADT Security system in my home back in 2020. I have asked my agent and his team to update my homeowners insurance several times since then so it would be noted on my account for discount purposes. They have yet to make the update so not impressed.

Very poor customer service. Honestly rude communication and zero effort to retain me a customer after my rates skyrocketed year over year.

My rep is always very helpful and responsive. Thanks so muck Karen
